You have lost my first order and adviced me to order one more time WITHOUT ANY form of compensation (as discount coupon). And when i tried to order one more time even your coupon for a first order "was not valid", probably because first lost order also counts.. Its ridiculous!! Because of that i needed to make second account to have at least 7% discount for all this problems!!

Very bad customer service.

Wanted to return unopened Vitamin C effervescent tablets and was told that this product cannot be returned because it loses quality when compressed!???

Very strange people to deal with.

I ordered it Feb.23 and I payed the express delivery so that it arrive as soon as possible with a maximum of 3 days but the whole week passed and nothing arrived!!!! I've been reading the comments here that says you send an email to supportatmifarma.es(doesn't exist) and another email suporteatmifarma.es(the same thing). I've been calling all the numbers they have in their page and in Google in different time and day but the answering machine said that they don't accept calls only emails and after that they hang up the call!!! I never received any confirmation email about my order or any tracking information. I hope this company think about the NEEDS of their clients! You mirafarma get the payment as fast as you can but in return your service is too Bad! If you want people to respect you, you need to learn from your mistakes. I need a refund for my order, I demand that you put it back as fast as possible.

Well my experience with mifarma has been a total disaster.
After a week my product had not arrived, even though I had a message saying it will arrive on the fifth day from ordering.
When I contacted them, they send me a link to track the package, but it wasn't working.
They were not able to tell me where the package was or when it would arrive.
Three weeks later I asked for a refund, and they said they will once the package was back in their warehouse, but they could not locate the package or tell me when the refund will happen
Yesterday, nerarly a month later, I requested a deadline for a refund and said my solicitor will be in touch otherwise, and then within 10 hours I got a refund.
Absolutely unaceptable!! I will never use this company again!!
No apology, no understanding, terrible customer services and one month without my pills after paying them!!

Please avoid!! If possible i would have given 0 stars, last time i am going place an order with this company. Ordered milk for my baby and paid extra for express delivery but unfortunately they sent the order to wrong address and DPD sent it back to Spain as delivery was rejected. I contacted Mifarma and was told nothing can be done even though it was not my fault and they informed me order would be posted to me back once they received the parcel. I was told to place a new order if urgent so i placed another order and paid again for express delivery and this new order is processing for past 3 days possibly to save money on delivery and send both orders together. SHOCKING !!!!!

PS : Please don't reply to this review by saying contact your support team as i am emailing and calling them for past few days !!!

Update : 5 days since the above review and i am still waiting for the second order i placed and the first order was received by Mifarma and resent again to the same wrong address. I can’t believe that the company with such a bad service can exist.

Watch out!!! They advertise one price on the website but once you try to check out the price on each item goes up!
Depending on the browser you’re using the prices will be different.

To me this company was a scam. The sending of the order didn’t went as planned, product was not received, ended up going back to the MiFarma warehouse but my money was never returned. In the mean time tried to call several times the call center without getting no one on the line. And 2 email without reply. Very poor service, not a trustable company.

Item hasn’t arrived and haven’t any any sort of confirmation email. The money has come out of my bank account however the order is still ‘processing’ online. When I tried to use the contact form it didn’t work. Really need this item to be delivered!

Order never delivered. They do not refund the full amount. They have lots of excuses to make. Stay away from this company.

I've placed an order but didn't receive any confirmation e-mail. I've already paid for it. I sent an e-mail but had no response.

I ordered a shipment to Bilbao, Spain, duly paid and I was sent the tracking id.

Finally they told me that they courier could not deliver to my address (!!). Though I have been using this same address with their same couriers for years.

I asked for a refund. Tons of excuses no to pay and Still waiting...

All the process a crazy mess, with 6 emails so far with 6 different people.

All fine. Ordered some drugs for my mother in Barcelona here. Cheapest price, order value more than 59€ = free shipping + 6€ first time customer coupon. All together 12€ instead of 18€ for each pack.

Now let's wait and see if everything arrives within 72hours.
