Received my product today (cetaphil Crema Hidratante) when looking at it I noticed the seal was broke. How can I trust what is in this product? Why is the seal broke? The package was delivered unopened so seal was broke before sent? Is this cream a cheap cream been put into cetaphil tubs??? Not happy

Happy with all the parcel update, fast delivery within 9 working days but not happy at all that i received my order already open and as i ordered medication howcome the box was opened and i don't know if i can trust the product quality and safety.
Please let me know as soon as possible.

I was a little dubious of mifarma after reading some negative reviews but, their prices are so good for the products I needed that I thought I would give them a go anyway. I had a plan B in place just in case. My products took a little longer than was estimated but in all, I was happy with the delivery time and I also had regular updates by e-mail so I was confident that things were moving ahead. Will be ordering from them again.

Great prices, high quality of products and big choices of brands. You can also buy the polish products. The order was packed securely. Shipment updates were send quite often. So happy that i founded this website. Thank you Mifarma

Ordered a thermometer from the website. Delivery 2 weeks late & customer service response sparse to say the least. Issued a refund but I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the item.

Avoid and next time I’ll spend the extra £5 on Amazon to have it the next day.

I order my product and paid on the 18th October, they used the worst and cheaper currier in Italy and when they had to explain why the product is not arrived yet, they said "is because of the Covid".... Seriously?????? Money were token straight away with any "Covid problem" !!!!!!
All the other website were showing longer delivery time, that's why I choose them as I really need the product.
It is easy to give 7 days as estimate delivery time and tell lies about any delay

Too bad there is not also an application for this online shop.
I am surprised about some negative reviews in these past weeks about them.
I trust Mifarma, I’ve always bought many different products from them. The delivery was on time most of the time 24/96, nothing to complain about. The prices also competitive, and a lot of offers now and then. When I needed a product information they replied to my email shortly with the information I needed. So I would recommend, I know they are doing their best to satisfy their customers.

Title says it all, really. Placed the order on the 12th of October and the parcel hasn't left Spain yet. I placed a small order just to test the company, as I am ordering for the first time and have no experience with the pharmacy whatsoever. Waiting for someone to reply to my email and REFUND ME.

I have got the same problem than Philips. I have ordered with you many times in the past and I have never had any problems but now it telling me no quotes are available for this order at this time. I have already message the customer service and they have been unhelpful coming back with a response such as "are you sure you are in the right website" can you please sort this or I will be looking to order elsewhere.

I have ordered with you several times and all good.
My order online will not be accepted as it say no shipping postage quotes at this time .
No reply to my emails as to how they sort this.

The worst I had ever seen in many years of internet buying. They took the money from the credit card but the purchase was never registered. It's impossible to contact them and the call is not answered.
Do not recommend at all.
Situation sorted after a few hour but phone was impossible and only mail results.
