I backed the Miko Neo and Swap boards on Kickstarter about six years ago, but they never arrived. I've tried following up, but it's been silence ever since. It's incredibly disappointing to invest in something you're excited about and get absolutely nothing in return.

I backed Miko on Kickstarter over 6 years ago for the Miko Neo and Swap boards. I was genuinely excited about the project at the time. Fast forward to today — nothing has arrived. No product. No updates. No refund. Just silence.
They’ve moved on to selling newer products while completely ignoring the backers who funded their early success. It's incredibly disappointing to be treated like this. This isn’t just poor service — it’s theft.
Do not trust this company. If they could abandon early supporters so easily, imagine how they treat paying customers now.

Miko 3 is excellent and keeps my child engaged. It provides good video call support that helps in monitoring my child s surroundings.
Also the service and prompt support from the team have been truly commendable — I’m very happy with my purchase of Miko 3.

Got a Miko model EMK301 for my 5 year…
Got a Miko model EMK301 for my 5 year old. She loves it. Did buy this max plan so she has lots of stuff to do. Its been great at teaching her things and getting her actually engaged for a 5 year old. Definitely worth the money

So far so good
So far, so good. The device responds to my son with autism, even when he's hard to understand. My son is 14, minimal/moderately verbal who mainly talks to request things he wants/needs. He loves the dance parties, and how Miko will play fun music to dance to. Connectivity has been great, we have 1 TB internet speed.

I backed the Miko Neo and Swap Boards on Kickstarter 6 years ago, and I’ve never received anything. I followed the project from the beginning and was patient with the delays, but over the years it became clear that the creators had abandoned any real commitment to their backers. No consistent updates, no refunds, and no delivery. It’s extremely disappointing to support a project with a great concept only to be ignored and left with nothing. I feel completely scammed. Would not recommend under any circumstances.
