Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 249 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people found product quality poor, with items often appearing cheaply made, not matching website descriptions or images, and running much smaller than expected. The return policy caused frustration, as many had to ship items back to China at considerable cost, often making returns impractical. Some also experienced order problems, such as receiving wrong items, incorrect colors, or significant delivery delays. However, a small portion of people felt satisfied with the quality of specific items like hats, shoes, or certain sweaters, finding them attractive and reasonably priced.

Not knowing the company, to be safe I ordered MilanoLegacy’s Alessandro Veneti Vibrant Visions Sweater ($44.95 + shipping) in size XXL. It arrived in a decent time frame, but their sizing is WAY OFF.... See more

Do not order form MILANO LEGACY

I guess I won't be getting my" paid for" merchandise from Milano Legacy. I ordered in January and haven't received anything as of March 13th. . Two weeks had passed, they were kind enough to send me an email stating that they were behind on their orders due to tariffs.

Don't get duped like I did

Items are not as pictured or described on the website, seem to be cheap acrylic instead of the Italian wool indicated, and took over a month to get here. Returns are impossible, as the email address for support bounces messages, and they require you to pay full return postage to the warehouse in China.

The time it took to receive order

The time it took to receive order, over 1 month. The sizing is totally off. I thought it was based in LA CA. from the website but it is China. Cost of returning more than item is worth!! Totally a scam. Don't ever shop with them!!!!

If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. Unfortunately, I failed to research before I ordered. Then I would have known that this is another scam from China. Product does not match site photo or description. Not even close. Extremely poor quality clothing. Very small sizing.

This was so disappointing based on the lovely web site. Customer service people are very nice. Now I will see how nice they are when I ask for a refund! Not going to return product, since it would cost more to return to China, than I paid for the sweater.

Lesson learned. DO NOT SHOP HERE, EVER!!!

Consumer Warning About My Experience with Milano Legacy ⚠️

I want to share my experience so other consumers can make informed decisions before ordering from Milano Legacy.
I placed an order and paid in full, but the product never arrived. After waiting far beyond the expected shipping time, I attempted to contact the company multiple times and did not receive a resolution.
As a customer, this has been extremely frustrating. When you order something online, you expect either the product you paid for or clear communication and support if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here.
If you’re considering ordering from Milano Legacy, I strongly recommend doing thorough research first and reading other customer experiences before spending your money.
If anyone else has had a similar experience, feel free to share below. Consumers deserve transparency and accountability from the businesses they support.

Good Review of Milano Legacy

I had seen online a scathing review of Milano Legacy, identifying them as a scam with no contact info. I was waiting for my order, assumed it was fraudlulant. On their homepage, look down at bottom if I remember correctly, there is a Contact Us option. So I did in an agressive manner. Only to find out there is a phone number, email address, online submission of question and tracking # lookup. That night I got notification my querey was received. Then next day they emailed me properly to address my concern and give me time frame for delivery. Everyone, do NOT believe every 'review' online. I am not a bot, I am a legal assistant, my dad is trial lawyer and I work with 2 more attorneys. If you have question about your order, take a moment to contact them. They were very professional. I went from angry to informed in one day. Again, its too easy to believe someones rant online. Take the time to follow youe order yourself. Ok, off to work, wanted to post this.

Deceptive sizing and mandates federal customs fraud for returns.

Items received had extreme manufacturing defects (sleeves on a 'Small' coat were 4 inches longer than a 'Medium' jacket). When I requested a refund, the merchant refused a same-day cancellation and then demanded I commit Federal Customs Fraud (18 U.S.C. § 542) by declaring a value under $18 for a $146 order. Return shipping to their warehouse costs more than the items themselves. Currently under CFPB investigation. Avoid this merchant.

SCAM ARTISTS

The delivery schedule is ridiculous -- it's over 2 months, at least (one estimate from the tracker was 4/5-6 for an order placed 2/15; another estimate was July!) The clothes are likely to be out of season when you get them. I'm trying to cancel my order now. Also, there is a $60 fee PER MONTH associated with the help feature -- AVOID WORKING WITH THIS VENDOR!!!!

Extremely poor quality of product & customer service

Extremely poor quality of product. Extremely bad customer relations and communications.
Highly recommend not the purchase anything. The images and website looks great however the actual product is extremely inferior. There has been ongoing emails (exceeding 90 now) over the last six months in regards to a refund, following the items being shipped back to China which I incurred additional costs.

Poor quality and poor sizing

Ordered two shirts, a sweater and a coat. None of the four were well contructed. The neckline stitching was already coming apart on the sweater when it arrived and it is going immediately into a giveaway box. Three of the items were very poorly sized. I ordered small and three of the items were somewhere between medium and large. I would definitely not purchase from this vendor again.
