Their site looks great online. I never buy clothes online, but saw a sweater, marked down, that looked great, a cotton/poly blend.
The two sweaters are ugly and cheap. Thinnest poly. Never to be worn

Worst of all, when you want to return them, they will either give you a 25% refund with no return or a 75% gift certificate on a future purchase.

This is nothing but an opportunity to send you bad stuff and then not refund your money

I am very disappointed with the garments I purchased. They are made from cheap synthetic fabrics with no lining. The is no label in the garments. The style of the garments is sub zero, and they are NOTHING like the pictures. The closures are horrible big stainless snaps and ugly zips. They possess no Italian elegance at all. They fit too snugly. The garments took ages to arrive, and then when they did, one jacket came rolled up and squashed in a plastic bag, which was so tightly bound that I could easily have cut the garment when trying to open in. No tissue, no box. Awful. THE WORST. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I have always loved Italian style and clothing, but these are clearly not Italian. Whatever you receive will be cheap knockoffs. Not even a person in prison would wear these ugly, hideous, unprepossessing and disagreeable pieces of rubbish. BUYER BEWARE! THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! I just wasted several hundred dollars.

Another scam by a Chinese company. I have learned to read the "Return Policy" now after being taken by other Chinese companies posing as U.S. companies. At the end of the Policy, you will see the return address. If it isn't in the U.S., don't waste your money purchasing items that DO NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES! The quality is exceedingly poor.

This company sales very low quality materials at very high price and their sizes doesn't fit. I bought three dress shirts and was very upset to see how fake the materials looks and feels. The worst is that they don't fit. They made it so difficult to return the package that it will cost me more money to return the three clothes I bought from them. I lost about $170.00 because I am not able to return these shirts. Please, Please do not buy anything from this shop

Like so many other customers who have left a review here I to was duped by their very elegant online presence and reasonably priced clothing for the expected quality displayed. I ordered a unique cashmere sweater, the order took about three weeks to arrive, and what I received was anything but cashmere. It was an ordinary turtleneck style in an absolutely god-awful acrylic fiber. I knew immediately I had been scammed! There’s no other reason to think that they made a mistake because the SKU number on the item bag matched the initials of the item description. So they are purposefully scamming everybody. I immediately sent a request for a full refund, and I included the photos of what I was sent and what I was promised. Of course they wrote back that they do not offer a full refund because somehow it just makes their carbon footprint too large! They offered a 25% refund of the purchase price, or I could accept a $70 gift card for my next purchase! There was no way I was going to waste any time making another order with this company and so I pressed again and said I was disgusted with the quality and their inability to make it right and I wanted a full refund for the purchase price. They answered back that they would now offer a 40% refund. Again insisted this was unacceptable, and they responded with offering me a 50% refund! Finally, I have accepted the 50% refund, although I do not expect to actually see the money in my bank account. I did however, file a claim with the FTC against this company for fraudulent and deceptive practices. I requested that they shut this company down in the United States. We’ll see what happens.

This company is one of those scam artist organization. The items you receive are not of good quality, way too small in size. Picture Beijing silk street goods for 20x the price.
The items ship from a warehouse in California but they make you ship their stuff back to China in case you want to return them under their 30 day return policy. Through and through scam, BUYERS BE AWARE.

1.TOOK MUCH LONGER FOR PRODUCT ARRIVE than they stated.
2. the product was NOTHING like what was described.
3. Their email does not work when you request a refund. You receive a message that their system rejected the message for policy reasons. yet all of their marketing emails make it to me just fine.

Not knowing the company, to be safe I ordered MilanoLegacy’s Alessandro Veneti Vibrant Visions Sweater ($44.95 + shipping) in size XXL. It arrived in a decent time frame, but their sizing is WAY OFF. I wear XL (American size) clothing. My M/L XXL sweater, when I tried it on, IS AT BEST A SIZE LARGE (again, in American sizing). Beware. They use European sizing criteria which is universally 1 or 2 sizes smaller than American sizing criteria.

It took forever to arrive- a green plaid coat that looked gorgeous in the picture. When it came, the fabric was reminiscent of disposable gowns you get for hospital procedures or graduation gowns. Plastic-like and way, too small. When I inquired about their 100% return guarantee I learned it would cost more than the coat (to send to CHINA) and only upon return receipt from them, would my refund be seen! Needless to say, I kept the coat, but would warn anyone do not be taken in by their photos. Buy nothing from this site. It’s pure garbage. You actually get less than you pay for as the prices are way too good to be true.

It’s true the product quality is cheap, poorly made and not true to size. They are non responsive, you cannot cancel an order. I made the mistake of buying first and checking reviews after and I could not cancel the order. The email address kicks comes right back, it does not exist. Don’t waste your money!!!!

This company is a scam! I ordered from them twice, one after another as they offered me a discount to order immediately after I placed my first order. I never did get the discount. Anyway, my order arrives, and only one of the items is what I actually ordered. The other three items completely different and one of them had bleach spots on it. It is impossible to reach this company and you cannot return anything or get your money back. Even though the website says you can, it does not matter. You cannot return anything and they will not fix orders where they have sent you completely wrong items or damaged items. I am out hundreds of dollars and want to warn others. Do not even think about shopping on this site. It should be shut down, I am contacting Better Business Bureau and anyone else I can think of to join the many other people who have been ripped off by Milano Legacy, and trying to get it shut down

The alpaca/wool sweater was absolutely lovely and the softest that I've ever felt!

The product quality is very bad. The stitching is poor and asymmetrical. There is no way to return the order if it does not meet the expectation. Overall, a very bad experience.

Product never came.
Tracking said I refused delivery and they returned the product back.
I was home and they never, tracking lied

The item I bought was way to small could not send back,they gave me a credit card balance from them, never got any response after numerous tries. I just lost $157.00. Please read the reviews before you purchase you will be sorry if you don’t ☹️

The site claims Italian elegance, yet everything arrives cheaply made and shipped from Asia with no relationship to what was advertised. I regret buying from this website.

The worst clothing experience I have had. Sent a knock-off item and a Ralph Lauren sweater instead of the Italian brand that was indicated on the website. Please do not order from this company. You will never be able to win with your credit card company, either. This stuff is from China with no way to return. You will end up eating the cost. Please trust me. This is the 3rd time I have had this happen with these types of online clothing vendors. They put really nice photos of clothing lines on their website, but that's not what sent to your house.

False advertising (it isn't cashmere), inferior quality clothing and snarky customer "service." They won't take the clothes back and they offer only a 25%-40% refund that you have to fight for. A company completely lacking in integrity. I wish I'd read the reviews on this company before ordering!
