The item, a Christmas gift, (1) did not match its picture on their web site, and (2) was waaaaay too small. It would cost more to ship it back to the "return policy" address in China, so we'll donate it to charity and warn everyone else NOT to shop on this web site. I'm not sure it's as much a scam as it's poorly managed.

Be careful of this website. I placed an order of over a 100$ on Nov 2025 and never received it. They tried to claim that I had already received my order and when I requested a proof of delivery they stopped responding. this is a scam please be aware !!

Received the product. I am pleased with my purchase.

You can’t return because shipping costs what the item costs

Garbage - cheap garbage and they should not be allowed to operate in the US

Product arrived with old smelly clothes in the package instead of the clothes I ordered. Sent email to them with pics a month ago and no response at all.

There is no point repeating the same complaints that every customer has experienced. I decided to ship my items back to China and get a full refund. Only problem is the address they give you is non-existant according to the Post Office. Im taking up a collection for air fare and pay these ass holes a visit.

I was disappointed in the quality of my jacket, the photo in your ad was deceptive, you showed a black fuzzy jacket with a tan fuzzy lining, the jacket you sent was all black, no tan lining, not a two tone, like I ordered. The shoes are great 👍. So I will order from you again, I hope you will live up to you advertisements.

I just ordered a product, it is terrible, it does not fit, and I just found out I have to ship it back to China, this company should be flagged and not allowed to sell any products in America, the web is full of scams and this is one of them. I am going to dispute this charge with my credit card company

DO NOT BUY THEIR CRAP!!!!!!! Ships from Hong Kong, which is always a nightmare and the biggest scam place in the world so always look for Hong Kong address! The shirt looks nothing like what I ordered and looks like curtain material! So bad PLEASE DO NOTIFY WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! P.S. I purchased it a month before Christmas and it came after Christmas!

This is a phony/scam Chinese sham company, they will take your money and send you cheap, I mean cheap items, will not respond to calls or emails, cannot leave messages, do not buy anything you will LOSE YOUR MONEY!!

Received merchandise of poor quality. Clearly had been worn before and tags were cut off. The website is deceptive as to when I’d receive the item and there is no indication that the company is in China. Don’t order!!! Total scam.

The worst thing I have ever bought, I say thing bc I can’t even define this as a piece of clothing. The shipment took forever and when it finally arrived. OMG a cheap and ugly that looks and feels like a table cloth.
I have bought better items in Temu.
I just request return/ refund hopefully it won’t cost more than I paid for this farce of a “sweater”. I even have pictures to compare with what it should have been and what I actually received, but I cannot added the here so everyone can see this disaster.

Expensive Trash, more than 4 weeks to receive the package, poor quality, very disappointed

The sweater I ordered looked in the image to be made from a medium weight yarn, however, it was made from yarns so thin I was shocked. The XXL size I ordered was so small as to be a joke and then I realized to return it, I had to ship to China!

Ordered 2 jackets. Reached out prior to them being shipped to cancel and they wouldn't cancel. They both came, poor quality and not what was pictured on website. One of the coats was completely different. Do not order from them.

Took weeks to get. Didn’t realize it came from China my fault. Ordered an orange coat. It arrived in red. The tag cut out. It was too small for my son. Not sure if it was really a large like ordered. They offered a 25% of the price back. They said I could choose that or a gift card. I wouldn’t trust what they would send. Will never use again.

SCAM! RUN FAST! Horrible!! Do not order from there website. The chart doesn't match with correct size. I ordered two sweaters and they were very small for my husband. They offered to give me 50% off on new items. Why would I order something else and the items that was ordered didn't fit.

They are selling clothes with tags cut out and sizes smaller than their size guide. They want me to return product to China but they want me to say the clothing is only valued at $18. Product took over 12 days to get to me and all the product was not shipped. I bought for my wife and son and out of 6 items purchased they cannot use any of them due to quality and sizing. I would give them a 0 rating

Ordered a beautiful cardigan sweater.. took a month and a half to get here only to receive the wrong sweater! Reach out to M/L they sent me a gift card for the full amount.. so i reordered the correct sweater .. took another month.. only to receive the wrong sweater again! now i have 2 of the same sweater! neither of which i want! the sweaters i was sent are not even on the site! so im going back in to see what i get this time! do not i repeat do not waste your time or money with MILANOLEGACY! u will b utterly disappointed!
