SOOO DISAPOINTED
I ordered a red wool coat.
It was more expensive than similar coats on line so, I thought it would be a good quality.
The bulky pockets were place so high that the belt wrapped over them.
I couldn't get my hand in the pockets and I had 3 pieces of fabric (coat and double pockets at my waist.

The jacket they sent was beautiful and well made!

Package arrived much later than expected and from China rather than Europe. The basics were similar to the photograph on the website, but the website showed a jacket with a heavier weight and higher quality styling than what was received. Zipper on front was apparently not a real pocket at all for example, and multi color hood was apparently separate collar and hood, which looked ludicrous when worn and in no way approaches standard expectations (hood is not removable so the separate color is just strange). Fabric does not approach the fabric you would expect for a jacket. While soft, it does not feel durable at all.

Avoid this company at all costs! I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering. My son’s jacket looked different than in the picture, was not correct size, no tags, tag cut out of neck, cheaply made and the item disappeared from their website after I started complaining about it. I’ve said I want to get my money back multiple times but they offered me either a $93 credit for next purchase or given back %25 of purchase. No thank you!!! I researched that cutting tags out is a red flag and fraudulent!

Nice quality sweater, despite not so good reviews. However, took a very long time to receive it.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered an outfit for a specific event giving me a date that it would arrive prior to the event. The outfit arrived 2 weeks after the event. I tried to return something I did not need. I was offered either a 40% discount and keep the product or send it back to China, which was very expensive.

I ordered three items from Milanolegacy on December 8, 2025. The package arrived late and only showed up today (December 21, 2025).

All three pieces are terrible quality—honestly some of the worst I’ve seen. The products look nothing like the photos on the website. I also believed the items were made in the USA, but they were shipped from China, which felt misleading.

In total, I basically threw away almost $250. I could have avoided this completely if I had checked reviews before buying.

Another red flag: their website doesn’t show real customer reviews at all. That feels intentional—like they’re hiding how unhappy customers are.

Poor quality, misleading presentation, and the products do NOT match the pictures. Do not buy. I regret this purchase 100%.

Ordered an xl but instead got a medium in an xl bag. Company is based in china and has no US operations. Refused to fix the problem

All of the items i received were poor quality; nothing like the pictures showed.
I unfortunately did not look for reviews before placing an order and after checking what the return policy is, I am sure that I will not get my money back even if I send the clothes back.
The wording is shady and the company is overseas.

Sent super small coat instead of x large . Tags cut out (?) They refuse to send the right product or refund my money unless I send the product to China at my expense. Then they'll have my mo ey and the coat.They are defrauding me and other customers as similarcomments say. I never agreed to send the wrong product and did not have any responsibility for their mistake. I thought I was buying from a California company.

The people I spoke to via phone were very helpful and made my return very interesting with a certainty I would be shopping there again!

It's a scam. They send rubbish items (not even close to what I ordered) then offer back 40% of what you paid. It is a total Chinese rip off. Think of how many customers buy for the first time and not know they are in China. Then the customer is responsible for the return and they know they won't tell the customer it arrived. It's stealing and there should be a way to alert folks, anyone know how?

This company is in China; they give you thirty days for returns. I bought some items understanding they would arrive within ten days from purchase. It is close to a month and the package hasn't arrived. Not only that, they don't accept returns easily. You have to hunt for the address, you have to pay your own shipping to China, and they will decide if they accept the return. By the time I get the package - which is supposedly coming and they claimed they are unable to cancel - it will be too late for me to send in the return.

The items I ordered are nothing like the pictures. They are cheaply made, strings come out in the buttons, material is not suede or suede like and they are huge for the size ordered. I have been trying to contact customer service and I keep getting the same automated reply that they will give me 25% off to keep it. No thanks! I will be attempting to return according to their return policy but it doesn't look promising. It actually states if we decide to accept your return back to China. My bad for not reading the return policy and reviews prior to ordering.

Scammers – stay away.
I ordered a coat that looked beautiful and high-quality on their website, but what I received was completely different and extremely cheap. The material, color, structure, and details did not match the photos at all. It even arrived without the belt that was shown in the product images.

When I contacted customer service, they told me I had to return the item to China at my own cost, even though they sent me something that does NOT match the description. This company is misleading customers with fake photos and poor-quality products.

They are scammers, and I deeply regret not reading the reviews before buying. Do not waste your money here.

Coat was poor quality and certainly not true to size… even after using their chart and scale. Coat size men’s medium was made for a 14 yr old Asian model. Worst thing however is that there’s no address on site to return. They don’t answer customer service. I should have

SCAM COMPANY. I ordered thinking these were clothes from Italy. It’s cheep tiny garbage from China. When I realized my mistake I asked them to cancel it. They sent the clothes anyway by “mistake.” They assured me they’d refund me BUT DID NOT. IN TWO SEPARATE EMAILS SAID I’d been refunded. DONATE THE CLOTHES. AFFIRM (also an unethical trash company) FOUND IN THEIR FAVOR. F*** MILANO LEGACY AND AFFIRM.

Item wasn't delivered, their support email doesn't bounces back.

Beautiful item (scarf).
Shipped promptly, but took a while due to distance.
Will likely shop with you again.

If i could give zero stars I would. The material of their shirts is like a cheap sports jersey. The sizing is not for a human body shape. And when I asked for a refund, they only offered 25% of my purchase price or a gift card for future purchase.
