This will be the 3rd time we have trusted Miles and Barr to sell our property over the years. Each time that have been so professional and helpful at every stage guiding us through the process of buying and selling . This time we started with our valuation with Alex Munn he is a great communicator straight speaking and able to explain how he had come to his valuation giving you a good insight on an achievable price rather than perhaps have to make several price adjustments. We also viewed several properties with a lovely young man Bobby. He is really a credit to the company. He is so patient letting us take our time to view without feeling time pressure and sharing his knowledge of the property and the local area. Back at the office Maddie is busy working behind the scene forwarding those important offers always finding time to chat giving you the best advise. As we said 3rd time we have used their services and would happily recommend to any one in fact we feel they get better each time we have used them if that is possible! Certainly the stand out agent for Herne Bay

We had inspection four weeks ago with another estate agent miles and Barr broadstrars Kent want do another one we ask to be present and ask for three o’clock Thay would not do this and want to let their self’s in we said no .miles and Barr sent someone at11.45 and was going to let he’s self in when we was not there . I’m so upset to be treated like this. I would gladly send landlord pictures every month my rent is allways paid on time . Been sectioned for mental health I didn’t need this . Absolute disgusted. And entering your home when they feel like .
