Poor Service - Never Again
Your system is not up to date, as I was given the wrong pick up location which cost me money and time. All the benefits listed on your site was not included at pick up which cost me an additional fee. I brought this to your attention and it was not resolved.
Further update, I was contacted and after several emails the matter was resolved.

Awful experience
Hired a mustang and it was falling apart tried to exchange and no one would help me only contacted me back after 12 days completely useless contact miles and they said there is nothing they could do to help I must contact thrifty when we ended the hire staff told me these are being removed due to the condition and age and he wouldn’t have hired it to me in the first place also put holds over 1000bucks onto my bank card when they said 250 over a week later holds still not clear then charged me double the amount stated left to pay at destination crooks

I booked two cars for Orlando, happy to take my money. I have had a heart attack and am not travelling, my wife and I were staying longer but have changed my wife’s flight to come back with the rest of the family.
We wanted to bring the second car back 8 days earlier. Told no availability but the car is already booked! No refund for bringing it back early

So many problems
We had an electric car that had some issues. Every time we opened the door, we would see bugs scurrying around inside. We decided not to take it on our trip because it was losing charge quickly. When we were about to return the car, it had updated its system and indicated a low tire pressure. We had reserved the car online for less than $200 but ended up paying over $500. While I understand there is a deposit, I feel it shouldn’t have been that high based on what we were told, especially since the receipt reflected a different price.
