At my pickup time at the airport I was told my reservation was canceled.I called the miles rental in Orlando.the agent Shavely
Arteaga said that the reservation was good in her system but she doesn’t understand why it’s canceled with dollar rental I spend 2 hours on the phone in the Orlando Aeroport.Shavely Arteagawith miles rental
Told me she will have to make new reservation and I have to pay again.
So the new reservation was made with small size car however my original reservation was luxury car.iam very desapointed with the service the handeling was so poor I was so stressed out at the Aeroport.

Unsuccessful rental issue resolved
I did not like how MILES did not specify in detail, that debit cards would not be accepted at the rental counter at the airport for local driver license holder. Needless to say, I was unable to secure a car rental upon my visit to the airport location. I need to get a refund!
Update, today I received a call from Miles and they were very cordial with wanting to resolve my unsuccessful rental situation. After a few minutes they were able to resolve the issue and were able to reimburse me the funds which I thought I had lost. I am really satisfied and happy with Miles’s attention to customer satisfaction. Needless to say I now give them a 4.5 star rating.

If I could give a zero I would. After a long day of travel, I got to the Thrifty/Budget Car rental only to find the line 2 blocks long to get the car. I asked a person who stood in line and they said the wait was 3-4 hours. There were only 3 people working the desk. After waiting for 30 minutes and not moving, we decided to leave without getting our prepaid car. We had a great fear they would be out of vehicles after a long wait.

I went to the airport at the vague…
I went to the airport at the vague address provided in my email. There was no Miles rental car station at the Orlando International Air Port, A and B. I asked multiple other rental groups there where to find it, but none had even heard of it. I went out to the shuttle area and asked several of the bus drivers who transport people to off-location rental services; again no one had heard of it. I checked my confirmation email, but no phone number was provided. I tried to look up a local phone number. The one I found said press 1 for English and then would just hang up. I ended up returning inside and renting a vehicle from another company… What a mess.
