Scam
Hidden gas charges. Was charged for ins that I VERY CLEARLY stated that I didn’t want. I wish I had read all the one star reviews before I rented with Thrifty. No customer service to complain to (obviously because ripping people off is part of the company protocol)
To be fair…Miles is not the problem here… but if you want good reviews you have to stop dealing with bad companies like Thrifty. Dollar and Hertz (all owned by same company)

The company offers cars that aren't available at the location
I went to the location to pick-up the car, and the company (Budget) attendant said the only cars available were SUV Suburban by +$1,200.
I asked by cancelling the booking and the person at the customer center Valentina tried to ask me for a penalty. I lost my tine coming to a place to pick-up a car that you didn't know if it were available, and tried to transfer the responsibility to me. It is really dissapointed. The person at Cuustomer Center talked to the person at the budget counter and confirmed the situation.
I asked for my full refund, and said I need to wait for creating a case and wait between 7 to 15 days for the refund. Systems are on real time, you charge me in a second, and you are not able to refund immediately. It is weird and inappropriate. You need to review your processes.
