It takes the stress out of booking a holiday which can be tailor made to suit needs. Very informative staff and nothing is too much trouble.

We have used Miles Morgan Travel - Chippenham for several years now. They listen to what we are after a have found us our perfect holidays every time. There knowledge and experience is brilliant. If every we have had a question they are there to help us. We would 100% recommend them to anyone and we look forward to booking with them again.

We had seen adverts about Miles Morgan and hoped that the Chippenham branch would deliver. Straight away Jade made us feel relaxed. She took on board our request and talked through our options. Jade was very efficient and professional and we are very happy with the final choice.

Visited Miles Morgan Chippenham branch, Leah was amazing, so helpful, patient, managed to get us the hotel we wanted at a great price. We just wanted to use an agent rather that do it ourselves for a change, and so glad we did, Leah sorted it all, hassle free! Would highly recommend them. Brilliant experience and will definitely use them again

I have been with a local travel agents on 4 cruises in 11 months, but they were not working or considering my true needs, grossly over priced and too long, 22 and 19 days far too long being on my own.
Whereas your travel agent in Chippenham-Wiltshire your travel agent Jade wanted to know what I wanted and needed, I am widowed (no family)for over 6 years, and I am dreadfully lonely and I am not very comfortable travelling on my own, Jade immediately put my mind @ rest by telling me she would help me all the way and even get me assisted help @ the airport, her kind help and advice gave me the confidence I needed, also help with taking money abroad on a card etc, also telling me about economy plus which I never heard of which gave you me leg room and you could have a 2nd suitcase, as I am flying to SA in April to see me ill cousin, what wonderful informative service, with this in mind Jade is looking @ future single holidays for me on my return from SA.

Our travel advisor was very knowledgeable. We explained our requirements and she met them exactly. Discussed concerns and some topics we hadn't thought about. Made booking easy.

As always excellent service from an experienced, diligent team, we always feel confident your team finds us exactly what we want that's value for money especially Natalie who seems to know what we want better than we do, but that's what makes the difference, and why we should support the high street stores.
