Everything got sorted all at once flights, transfer, accommodation, good experience would use again if you had more choice for accommodation this one is a little small out of the way and not totally equipped with all the things you need but it's manageable.

The agent was very helpful and listened to our requests. We wanted a Danube river cruise with Viking to celebrate our diamond wedding anniversary on August 6th, and hoped to be in Vienna on the actual day. The agent suggested the Danube Waltz which did not satisfy the last request…. I had looked online and knew that Romantic Danube would get us to Vienna on the 6th. We booked on this cruise which, unfortunately is not in the brochure. Satisfied in the end.

We have always enjoyed excellent service from Miles Morgan but Natalie at Chippenham went above and beyond in correcting my error and rebooking our holiday. MM always treat us as “friends”rather than mere customer!

Always go the extra mile with customer service, nothing is too much trouble. We go to Miles Morgan because we know that we get the best deal and don't have to worry about our holiday as they do it all for us.

Normally holiday booking is a long winded diy process which i really didn't have time for. So on a shopping trip to Chippenham the other day we popped in to Miles Morgan travel, just out of curiosity and so glad we did. Leah, sat us down, and with an obvious in depth knowledge of the trade, got to the bottom of what we wanted, really quickly, and within 15 minutes, we were sitting on a few really well suited options. There was zero pressure, but we really wanted to stick with our helper as she really earned it. We did go home to think it over but booked through her next morning. Super service, and price wise no different to doing all the donkey work yourself, so why bother.

We were more than happy with our experience at miles morgan. Super friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond our expectations. It was a relaxed atmosphere. We have everything now booked for an adventure in Australia. Thankyou so much.
