The ladies in the travel agents are always so helpful, they go out of there way to sort out any questions or problems. They chase up requests for answers from the holiday supplier. I would really recommend them to anyone.Keep it up Ladies.

Over the last few weeks, our Danube River Cruise has been in doubt. When reaching the 72 hr deadline, the girls were most helpful in keeping us informed and passing on a very late communication, well beyond normal hours which confirmed that the trip would go ahead
The following day, Joanne spent a lot of time helping us through the final stages and booking a future Douro river cruise, this in spite of being 'on hold' for nearly an hour to RT. Great and friendly service.
