Fantastic quick and easy

Laura was so helpful yet again as this is not our first holiday we have booked with her. We told her what we were after and came out more than happy with the holiday we have now booked. The staff in the Cirencester Miles Morgan travel agent are so professional and assist you with everything. Thank you so much, will definitely be booking more holidays in the future.

Laura is fantastic, i emailed her whilst I was on my first cruise booked with herself. I was asking some advice before rebooking my next cruise. Laura made everything so simple and greeted me on my return with her friendly smile and a copy of my latest holiday booking confirmation ☺️. The cruise that i first booked with Laura she guided us from start to finish with her knowledge of the cruise ship, this made everything so easy for me i will always return to use Laura and the Miles Morgan Team.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Listened to what we wanted and then proceeded to supply us with it in every sense of the word. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I went in for specific purpose and the staff got the job done. If there was anything else that was needed, the staff would be more then happy to help.

We always get really good suggestions from the whole team when we go in looking for ideas. Their knowledge on where to go (and more importantly where to avoid) is second to none.

I had an unfortunate run in with their new Foreign Exchange specialist, Ann Gibbons, in May when she thought it prudent to be incredibly rude to me on the phone whilst her manager was away. She obviously has a serious problem with being asked what the selling rate is for Euros, not something I would've thought would be triggering to a so called 'foreign exchange specialist'. I contacted the manager who said she would get back to me regarding the matter, but unfortunately she has not. Clearly she thinks how Ann treats customers is acceptable. I have used Miles Morgan Cirencester on many occasions and they have always been good, however this incident and how Kate, the manager, failed to deal with it has left an unpleasant taste in my mouth about this place.

Allison was so lovely and really helpful with the initial booking. But also keeping me updated after the initial booking. Then Anne contacted me about currency.... which gave me a helpful nudge.
Then, I was notified when the tickets arrived and on collection, everything had been printed off and I had been checked in!! Absolutely brilliant service...thank you 🙏

As always the service received when booking with the Cirencester branch was faultless. Alison went above and beyond to make the booking trouble free but at the same time identifying important points on the way. She offered other services without pushing them and we took up her offer to book our airport parking. Boarding passes were all sorted for outbound and return flights.
Laura gave the same brilliant service on a previou occasion and would never hesitate to book via any of the Cirencester consultants.

First class service as usual no hassle no frills

I've booked a holiday to Croatia, Kate put the holiday on hold while we waited for questions to the tour operator to be answered. These answers came back quickly. Excellent service all round. I will sort out insurance next time I'm in store.

The special Viking presentation was excellent, followed swiftly the following day by an email from the Miles Morgan rep, Kate. We visited the store and booked a holiday.
