Payment link was not so great, I thought it might be a scam as it came from "another" tour operator with no reference to the fact that you had merged.

Tracey Murray from Portishead branch was a joy to deal with. She was very patient & thorough, finding us a holiday that exactly suited our needs, felt very valued as a customer which seems to be a rarity these days!

We popped into book our honeymoon,Teressa helped us choose our dream destination , she was quick and efficient, she rang through straight away to see if our dates were free, then mentioned it was for our honeymoon and managed to get us a complementary lounge at the air port& a complementary trip to another island in Mauritius plus Prosecco &chocolates in our room. Every thing ran so smoothly from the pick up to the drop off, we would definitely use Miles Morgan in the future to see the lovely Tereasa.

Fiona was both knowledgeable about the holidays we were interested in and mindful of who were are. This meant we were able to book a great holiday that we hadn't even considered and we're very happy! Thank you so much

Friendly and efficient staff

Fiona was great, she called both companies we were thinking of using, asked questions we hadn't even thought of, then offered us direct debit to pay for our holiday. She definitely restored my faith in travel agents.I have previously booked myself online, but decided to use travel agents this time and I'm glad we did.
