years and always come away having booked a holiday feeling well served.
Very friendly, polite and helpful staff especially Tracey who looks after us oldies and makes us feel confident to book again.

Teresa helped us choose our first ever river cruise for 2026. We followed her recommendations and were so impressed that we are booking again next year. She is always helpful and answers our questions honestly. We will no doubt book with her again.

Great customer care people we’re being looked after so I had to wait and it was a hot day Teresa Bird asked if I wanted a drink and after she finished serving currency to customers she helped me with booking a flight and was very helpful and friendly

Always us Miles Morgan , Megan has booked a few complicated holdays for me . Always a good service.

A cheery welcome is always a good start, and then Tracey found us a cruise to meet our needs, including cabin location, etc.
As usual, we were very pleased, and will continue to make MM our first stop for similar bookings.

Teresa was her usual helpful efficient self. All the team in Portishead are so friendly it is a pleasure to book holidays there.

Vicky was superb. She gently guided me through every stage of my enquiry and subsequent booking. Just like the old days going into the local travel agents. We tend to forget how great personal service was. We are so used to booking flights direct these days. Lovely to be made to feel so special. Thank you Vicky.

Fiona listened to what we wanted and helped us with decisions about cabins etc. She realised we wanted twin rather than double and subsequently made a special effort to make the change. Her patience and expertise are second to none!
