Megan, our travel advisor provided us with everything we had requested in a prompt and timely manner. When it came to the final booking process she was most efficient and with a very polite manner.

It was a great experience as usual. We always visit Miles Morgan when we want to book a holiday. All the assistants are kind, patient, explaining each small detail and happy to give advice. This time we saw Tracey. We look forward to our next MM experience

Excellent service excellent staff

Always us Miles Morgan , Megan has booked a few complicated holdays for me . Always a good service.

A cheery welcome is always a good start, and then Tracey found us a cruise to meet our needs, including cabin location, etc.
As usual, we were very pleased, and will continue to make MM our first stop for similar bookings.

Teresa was her usual helpful efficient self. All the team in Portishead are so friendly it is a pleasure to book holidays there.

Vicky was superb. She gently guided me through every stage of my enquiry and subsequent booking. Just like the old days going into the local travel agents. We tend to forget how great personal service was. We are so used to booking flights direct these days. Lovely to be made to feel so special. Thank you Vicky.

Fiona listened to what we wanted and helped us with decisions about cabins etc. She realised we wanted twin rather than double and subsequently made a special effort to make the change. Her patience and expertise are second to none!

I have come to expect the best of service whenever I speak to Tracey or Vicky and this was no exception
