Quick responses to my queries and lots of information given. Needed some information altered on the booking. Disappointed that I wasn't told when the full payment was due, even though I spoke to someone directly to pay the deposit. Discovered email info stated that day ! 16 weeks prior to trip. Will pay next week once I've moved funds to my current account.

Usually do my research online then prefer to book in person with local travel agent. Always use Miles Morgan as have had good service and most times can match online price. So much prefer the personal touch with a human being.

As I've said on previous reviews, the staff at the Portishead shop are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Also the cup of tea and biscuits were most welcome yesterday. Long may it continue.

Popped in with questions relating to our first ever cruise holiday later this year, got that done and ended up booking a longer one next year.
