The staff were incredibly helpful and ensured that the correct room for my sister's needs were suitable.

Teresa was a great help in advising when we should renew our passport, which we were unsure of, due to the change in EU requirements. We felt reassured that we could book a holiday with sufficient validity on our passport. She was very helpful, listening to the type of holiday and accommodation we would like, before assisting us in booking a hotel in Lanzarote. We have used MMT before and have always felt more than happy with the service

I was immediately greated with a warm smile and asked if they could help me. The person I dealt with was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my queries and dealt with my booking in an efficient manner, explaining the process as we went along. The whole process was effortless on my part and I left with all the confirmation paperwork I required for the dream cruise I had just booked. I have no hesitation in returning to Miles Morgan and infact, this is the fourth cruise I have booked through them. They are my first "go to" Travel Agent.
