As usual the service was friendly, efficient and professional.

We needed to change our already booked holiday completely, add another person to the party and book a second holiday all at once. Tracey handled it brilliantly and all the paperwork came through as promised. Well done.

All of the Office staff were very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Offered a coffee while waiting for response on phone. When we got home decided to change the holiday slightly, gave them a call and it was dealt with efficiently over the phone. Painless.

The holiday was booked via friend living locally whist I live in North Yorkshire but was handled quickly and efficiently over the phone by Tracey.

Always friendly, helpfull and patient with useful information based on good knowledge of destinations and tour operators. Always get the holiday we want and usually with better deals / offers than we could have sourced ourselves. And it's easier than spending hours trawling the Internet yourself!

Vicky was amazing, we needed to organise a special holiday abroad for nine people which included four flying from Gatwick. We needed somewhere all inclusive & suitable for ages from 14 to 80. Vicky helped us so much with finding rooms which suited a family of 4 & doing her best to make sure we all arrived on the same day & nearly the time. She organised private transfers for both parties so we dont have to wait around at the airport & could all meet at the hotel.

Having booked with Miles Morgan portishead Branch previously for a cruise holiday. We had no hesitation to book again for another cruise. Having dealings with Teresa Bird at the branch who is very professional, patient , informative, friendly we have peace of mind.
