Always very easy to book through Tracey at Miles Morgan who does all the research and finds the perfect trip

Vicky and the team provide a professional and friendly service. We have booked several long haul hols, some requiring special knowledge. They are contactable for bookings and enquiries after normal business hours. That is service.

Fiona is always so helpful, super speedy with her responses.
I could have just booked the holiday direct through Jet2 but Miles Morgan match the price and I like supporting local businesses.
It is also lovely to speak to a human!

The travel specialist Tracey Murray was very helpful and very patient with us when answering all of our many questions. She certainly helped us make the decision to book the trip we had enquired about.

Dealing with a group of 5 people with specific requests is always a nightmare for the Travel Agent and Fiona was the “lucky” person who dealt with us. As always when we book with Miles Morgan the service was brilliant. Fiona patiently took us around Europe trying to find a holiday which suited us perfectly, no mean feat. We eventually found something we thought was suitable, only to decide overnight it wasn’t for us. Fiona managed to change our booking the next day to a more suitable alternative hotel. We are now booked into what looks like a lovely hotel and looking forward to our holiday. Thank you Fiona

The members of the staff in the Portishead location are very helpful and do their best to get you the holiday you want & it always comes with a smile even when they are very busy

Excellent help. We had to book a holiday whereby 3 of us would be joining another two who were already at the resort and we wanted to all travel back together - this was sorted simply and cost effective too

Visited Fiona at the newly refurbished Portishead shop to book our latest cruise. As always, great help to find just what we were looking for with time taken to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. All done in a lovely friendly manner, like catching up with an old friend. Her colleague with experience of the cruise also provided useful input.
