Jenny had a lot to deal with being the only one in the office on a Saturday.
Our trip was harder and took longer to sort as we ended up booking two holidays.
One for my Parents who go out the week before and my family of five who all wanted to stay at the same hotel & travel back together. Jenny is the very helpful and my parents use her again & again. Jenny is very people friendly with a great insight to holidays around the world.

The agency operates like a Swiss watch - precisely, simply, reliably! But the most important thing is the people - who care so deeply and professionally about my requests that I want to visit the main manager and just beg for a bonus for the entire department! This year, as always, Tracy impresses with her ability to advise, justify, and do everything necessary literally two days before departure! And here we are at our destination - and our expectations have been exceeded! Everything is significantly better than we planned! Just miracles!
