I disputed the charges on my credit card and just received a notice from my bank that the full amount has been credited. Now I just need to find a really tiny person to give these pants to.....

I'm out $94 based on returns that were put on their "gift cards", and now apparently they are out of business and unable to be reached. Horrible company, and what a farce. They probably never donated to the charity that they say they donated a portion of each sale either. Extremely disgusted.

Placed an order 6 months ago... still waiting for the sweater I ordered to wear for Valentine's day. Ridiculous rip off!

Still waiting for my order placed on 12/28/2019. I emailed them 4 times in January before I got a response that I wasn’t forgotten about but they were having shipping delays. Well here it is February 26,2020 and I still don’t have my order. I’ve emailed 6 more times and no one responds, now their website is down. Hoping I at least get my money back but I doubt it.

What the heck happened to this company? This used to be a fabulous business and the quality of their products were top notch. The latest order of sweaters I received were extremely cheap in quality, yet pricy. I tried to contact them but no one would respond. I finally returned them but it doesn’t look like I’m going to be getting a refund. Not sure what happened as they had a great business philosophy as well as product. But they do owe their loyal customers an explanation and refunds where needed.

This store has the absolute worst customer service EVER!! I placed an order Nov 2nd and never received it. When I was finally able to get a response via email I was told it was on back order, after that I've not heard a thing. They stole $70 from me. I'm assuming they're out of business since I the website is down and I'm no longer receiving any emails about upcoming sales.
What a shame....they had REALLY cute, well made clothes.

Still didn't receive the rest of my order. Order was places in Dec. We are now in Feb.

Literally the WORST place I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered something that was on back order and waited for months and it never came in. Then get an email saying I was refunded and I NEVER WAS. I emailed them several times to let them know that I never got the refund and they still never got back with me. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from them.

Ordered pajama pants for my wife. When they arrived, they looked like they were sized for children. I emailed customer service and was told that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. This happened twice with no one contacting me. I went to the website to look into how to return and went to the "Easy Returns" section and saw: FINAL SALE ON ALL ITEMS NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Order took over a month. Once received, one item was extemely small and poorly made. I returned at my expense and tracking through USPS it was received to Military Hippie on January 2. I have yet to receive a credit (they wont do refunds!) and every email I send is not replied to. The phone number they give has a mail box that is full so no way of leaving a message. I have reported them to the BBB.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I ordered merchandise 12/1/19, was charged for it, and received nothing. They will not answer emails and their voicemail is full. Do NOT order anything from them unless you don't mind being ripped off.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered something on 12/11/19. I still have not received my order. I have called but the phone number can not receive voice mail. I have sent about 20 emails and have not heard anything from them. This company is a joke. A couple 8 year old kids could run a better business.

I have been ordering from this company for a few years. Something has obviously gone south. I believe it was a one woman show and fear she is having personal/family problems. I placed an order at the end of December 2019 and was charged then. Mid January 2020 I emailed and she got back to me stating things were in the rears and my order would be shipped soon, and it was. I received it about a week later. Now you can't order anything from the site. If she hasn't sent you your product or a refund that IS completely unacceptable. But if you are handling a business by yourself and you fall ill or get injured or someone has passed, you need to have a solid back up to rely on

Ripoff ......they say they will answer emails in 24-48 hours but ignore you and take your money and only send you hav the shipment ..takes two months to get half of the order but they took my Money .....but don’t ship the items..I would highly give them a minus zero and not even one star..you can call but mailbox full and it’s obvious they get merchandise from China so it takes forever to receive anything ..I will never order from them again and advise all to refrain from ordering from them too...my review is BOOOO they suck

I've ordered several times from Military Hippie and have only ever had to return this last order in December 2019 (for size). Purchases are always shipped in a timely manner, and I haven't been disappointed in the quality of my purchases. This time, their name was not on the garments with the sizes. I wrote them and got the same auto repsonse as everyone else, but no repsonse. I went to the website and noticed what items were still there were all "sold out" and the other categories were empty. It became quickely apparent they have closed up...So sad. I loved my purchases and had many compliments. I only wish they had responded and leveled with their customers :(. This order, I am out $160

This company is the absolute worst. A complete ripoff. Ordered a jacket and after a really long period of time they sent me a completely different style. Refused to answer any of my emails and have had no correspondence since. Company is a complete scam. They are real garbage. Didn’t read the reviews until after purchase. How are they still in business? Don’t buy from them . Buyer be ware.

This is the worst company to deal with. Ordered a jacket for my daughter in November for Xmas didn’t receive it and keep asking and emailed many times finally received it on Jan 23, what a disappointment!!! It’s a piece of garbage! Made so poorly that I cant describe it! I emailed and asked I want to return it , didn’t hear back and up to this day they have ignored my emailed! Horrible customer service, don’t know how they stay in business. NEVER again I will order online and specially from this particular store.

I read the reviews and was afraid it was a scam business. The delivery was a little long but the clothes were great even better looking than I expected.

Ordered two items for Christmas on 12/15. It said they would be here in plenty of time. Didn't get them until late January and only after getting Amazon pay on their case.
I learned my lesson about blindly ordering from companies whose ads I see on Instagram or Facebook.
