BUYER BEWARE!!! My husband purchased me "cozy fleece lounge pants" for Christmas. He purchased them 3 weeks before Christmas and we did not receive them until the END OF JANUARY. My husband reached out several times to request a refund. They just kept giving him the runaround saying they would ship soon. Well, when they finally arrived, we were even more disappointed. Very poor quality and they came up past my ankles! I'm 5'2! They should not be that short. Once again, my husband requested a refund and they offered $20 off our next purchase! Poor customer service, poor product quality!

TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, AWFUL, WORST, and every other word for scrappy company!! I must preface this tirade by saying I have ordered 3 times from them. 2 of the 3 times, I had no issues but both of those orders were in Sept. 2018. This time I placed an order on 12/30/19. I received an immediate auto response and then NOTHING!!! I have tried to communicate with them every day starting on 1/27/20. All I've received is an auto response email stating, they received my email and will respond in 24 to 48 hours. They charged my credit card on 12/31/20. So now I'm out my money and no sweater. This is B.S.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their mail box is always full so you cant call. We have emailed them about a dozen times and no reply.
They state they have a 5 star rating but they dont. They dont reply to anything so we have canceled our payment to them.
STAY AWAY!!!!!

Horrible company, placed an order they charged my credit card but never sent. Have called several times, vm always full. Have sent multiple messages through emails, messenger and get nothing in return. This is the 3rd and last time I will ever do business with this company. Bought a jacket a few months back, showed up with a hugh hole. Since I liked it I sewed it myself. Knew I'd never see it again if I sent it back or the money. Same thing with a different jacket, lining on the inside torn. I'm am just so glad I used a gift card so they don't have my real credit card #. Stay away from this company, they are extremely disrespectful to there customers and flat out don't care. The fact that I haven't been able to get through to them goes to show they have a lot of complaining customers.

Same story as the last person. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT RECEIVING ITEM OR TRYING TO RETURN. Bought a gift beginning of Dec and still have not received it as of today 1/28/20. I gave it until 2 weeks after X MAS and nothing. Been trying to cancel order for 2 weeks a nothing...crickets. Too many good Companies and business owners to deal with these people. Move on and shop elsewhere.

If I could give no stars I would. They ignore any customer service emails and never answer the phone. Basically, I placed an order and never received an order confirmation, shipping info, or delayed shipping status, I figured the order never went through at first. But they charged me for the order, and never responded to my inquiries about the order status. Two months later I get an email that the items have shipped. I tried to cancel the order by emailing them that I no longer needed the order, it was a Christmas gift I ordered in beginning of November and it was now two months later, the end of January. They responded with a generic “expect some delays and the order should ship in 10 business days”. I received that email the day the order got delivered. They continue to ignore me. You ironically can’t leave them ratings on Facebook, and if you comment on their Instagram and it’s negative, they delete it! The pants are nothing as pictured. My daughter is tiny, about a size 0-2, and they will not even fit her. I am in such disbelief a company doesn’t back their products, offer customer support or even an exchange! Also the fact that they can ship an order without notifying you or asking if you still want items if they are delayed for such a long period of time is very upsetting. I filed a complaint with the BBB.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. They were non-responsive to my multiple emails and the product came more than two months after my order date. It said I would get it before Christmas that was such a joke! Never deal with them again.

They charge you as soon as you place your order and then, if you're lucky, you'll get your order 6 - 8 wks later. Their customer service voice mail box is ALWAYS full so you cannot leave a message/complaint. If you email you get an automated response saying they'll reply within the next 24 - 48 hrs. Don't hold your breath waiting for a response. Oh and they only offer store credit - a sign that they don't have faith in the quality of their merchandise. Anx they're right to feel that way - the merchandise I've received is nothing like described....definitely made in China on the cheap. Buyer beware!

I have never been so disappointed in a company! They lied to me numerous times about my order and it was a small instead of one size fits all. It took a month in a half to receive. I placed an order on December 13, 1999 for a tan one size fits all serpa cardigan. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter. The email said I would receive an email with tracking info when the order was shipped. After a week and I still had not received an email, I contacted them. Why would it take that long to process an order of one item? They wrote me back and said there was a delay beyond their
circumstances and would ship out quickly as they could. I contacted them a second time to make sure it was going to arrive by Christmas. I was told it would ship the Saturday or Monday before Christmas. Christmas comes and goes and no package. I message a third time. I told them if they could not send me my order shortly I wanted a refund. They said it would mail out the week of December 30th and tried to blame the hold up on the USPS. I tried calling but mailbox was full. I finally received my order January 24, 2020. I ordered a one size fits all and it was labeled a small. For the price, the quality wasn't what I expected at all. Don't bother ordering from this company. It is a waste of time!

THEY HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THAT YOU CANNOT LEAVE A MESSAGE BECAUSE THE MAILBOX IS FULL!
WHEN YOU SEND AN E-MAIL ASKING FOR ANSWERS YOU GET AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE THAT THEY WILL GIVE YOU ANSWERS IN 24-48 HOURS!, BUT YOU NEVER GET AN ANSWER.
I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM!
IF YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER FEEL VERY VERY LUCKY!
i WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO SUE THEM FOR NON PERFORMANCE AND STEALING YOUR MONEY!

Truly a terrible experience.

I ordered a pair of fuzzy pajama pants from Military Hippie. When the pants didn't come after several weeks I contacted the company and they told me there was a delay. I then said, please cancel my order. They wouldn't even though they still did not even have my item in their warehouse. I wrote back asking them to cancel my order...they offered me a discount code for my next order (like I would ever order from them again!). I asked again for them to cancel my order. Nothing. 6 weeks after placing my order I received the pajama pants. They were a disaster. Poor quality fabric. Poorly sewn. One pant leg was 2 inches longer than the other. I contacted the company to let them know how displeased I was...nothing. Surprise! Avoid this company!

This star is only to give you awareness of this message do not buy from military hippie they do not respond or send your orders whatsoever.

Saw all the bad reviews after I ordered and was worried that I had been scammed, but I received my oversized off the shoulder sweater today, less than 2 weeks of placing my order. SUPER CUTE, looks like great quality, it is thick and airy at the same time! I can’t wait to wear it! Super excited about this baby blue sweater! I was able to see all the shipping updates from the time the shipping label was created up to it being “out for delivery” and then “delivered” using the Arrive app which was suggested on the Military Hippie site at checkout. Very happy with my purchase! Thanks MH!!!

Horrible Company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I had a credit that I used for Christmas. Ordered 2 items and they still charged me for both items. They did not take my credit off. Both items were WAY small of an XL and the material was not of good quality. I have tried to email and call. Can't leave a message mailbox is full. I am in the process of disputing with my credit card company.

Beware do not buy anything from this website. I committed a big mistake ordering two outfits from it without reading the return policy or the bad reviews, I admit I was a trully fool for not doing it. Now after almost one month delay and without hearing anything from anybody from military hippie I received a very cheap material clothing with no tags, no box no nothing. Very bad made and wrong size and guess what? I can not return at all actually all the pieces are not returnable can you believe? If I can help anyone with this message avoiding people from being tricked and betrayed and being obligated to keep a ugly cheap clothes that you don't want it I will be happy. DO NOT BUY nothing from this bs website

This site is a scam! DO NOT order from them!!! They take your money continue to promise that you will receive the merchandise that NEVER comes. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and now no one is responding!

I am so disappointed. I’ve ordered from this company before with no problems but the last 3 orders have been nothing but problems. Mainly an order that I placed on11/13/19 has not been shipped! They won’t even return my emails! I will probably have to call my credit card company. I’m so upset.

I have ordered from them only 2 times and both times I never received my order . The second time they sent me an email saying that they were going to give me a refund because I canceled the order which I never canceled. I don’t know what the problem is but I don’t know how they can stay in business.

So I place my order back in early Dec and they deducted the transaction immediately from my account, I have tried to contact them numerous times and finally today received an email to let me know they would be sending me a refund for a 1/3 of my purchase. A third really I haven't received any of the products I purchase so why am I only getting back a portion of the amount deducted??????
I used to purchase from this company all the time but for whatever reason they are not what they used to be and I am extremely disappointed.
