Absolutely avoid this business. Ordered pants as Christmas present in early December. Finally arrived mid January with almost no status updates from their non-existent customer service. Pants arrived with scrap material embedded in actual pants material. Also pants were at least one size too small. What a waste. I really try to patronize service member-owned businesses but this one was a big mistake.

I wish I could give military hippie is zero star!!! They are total scammers! I never received my order, they are not responding to my emails and you’re not able to leave a message on their customer service phone number because it is full. Do not order from this company! I will be calling my credit card company and report them as a fraud!!

Zero stars is what they deserve! The clothes were of terrible quality, and shipping took FOREVER. You can't call them because their mailbox is full, and they never respond to my emails requesting a refund. The sizes are tiny and quality absolutely horrible. They don't post their negative reviews on their website. I know because I've written 3 and they weren't published! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I was very surprised with my last order. The clothes were of terrible quality. And took forever to come. You can't call them because their mailbox is full and they never responded to my emails asking about my order and why it was taking so long. I just received them and ordered before Christmas. The sizes were tiny and quality absolutely horrible. I used to order from them and loved everything. I feel like it is not the same company at all. Not sure what is going on but I'd love to just return everything, although I don't trust they'd credit my card back so it just isn't worth it but I will never order from them again. it's a shame because I used to love ordering their clothes.

Placed order November 22. Was suppose to have received it 2 weeks later. I emailed about 5 times regarding the shipment of my order, only to receive generic “ it’s been delayed due to shipping problems “ but “here’s 20% discount to buy more”. Really? Why would I purchase more stuff when I can’t get my original order? I finally received 1/2 of my order on 1-17-2020. I sent email asking where the other half of my order is and no response back. And what I did receive was soooo small , its unwearable. The xl pajama pants for my daughter was like a size zero. I’ve called credit card company and disputed charge.

If I could have chosen zero stars I would have. The company does not even deserve one star. Ordered I’ve a month ago and nothing. Countless emails with same BS response. Then they have the audacity to continue to ask me to buy more stuff. They will not answer the phone and mailbox is alway full. Don’t buy anything from this company, you won’t receive it.

This place is a total joke. Do not be scammed by them!! Something has changed with this company because I bought items a long time ago and did not experience what I am experiencing now. I have the same situation as most people here providing recent reviews...I ordered a coat on dec. 4th...they took my money the next day. I still, today, have no coat. I have also called numerous times to find that same voicemail box as full. I have sent 7 emails as of this morning. I too always receive the same automated response. I will now call my credit card company today to place report the fraudulent behavior. This company needs to be shut down and everyone needs to be refunded the stolen money.

I have been buying from Military Hippie and had no problems really liked their products but I placed an order and they charged my credit card on 12/29/18 when I tried to do fact them for status I am getting any response to e-mails and if you call no one answered and you can't leave voice mail it is full. I am in the process of disputing the charge now with my credit card company. Not sure what is going on and am very sorry this is happening because I really liked them their customer service was always helpful. 😞

I just finally received my order not sure what is happening with this company because of you go to their website everything says sold out???

I must say I'm VERY surprised at all of the horrible reviews Military Hippie got! I've ordered a lot of stuff from them and so did other people I know and was always very happy with everything!!!
I actually love this site and love the clothes. Unless this company has completely changed I will continue shopping here! I love Military Hippie 💗

Do not trust this company. My complaint is the same as the others. I ordered an item last month, they charged my card immediately but the item was not sent. Emailed several times and only get generic auto-response back. Called and mailbox is always full so you can't leave a message. Absolutely no customer service. Fraudulent company. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Placed an order in November 2019. I was almost positive at this point that I had been ripped off. Zero customer service other than the generic "20% off your next order" response. Much to my surprise, my sweatpants came today (2 months later) and I honestly can not believe how small they are. They barely reach my ankles in length and I am only 4'11 tall, 120lbs. I ordered a medium which I'm usually swimming in. 2 stars because the quality is nice (if they fit), and because they actually came...which seems pretty lucky after reading other reviews.

I know there have been a lot of bad reviews about this company.. but I ordered a Sherpa sweater/jacket, and honestly it’s my favorite jacket ever. The quality is really nice, and it’s sooo cozy! It did take a while to receive it, but when I emailed I got a quick response. I ordered again. Hoping this last purchase will be as smooth as my first one! Thank you for the great quality! I get a lot of compliments on my jacket!

Never received the items I ordered. They have not refunded my money. They don't answer the phones. I wish I could rate them as worse than one star.

Train wreck of service. Placed order Dec 13. Cancelled order Dec 28 when they said it was going to be another week before they shipped. Was told it would be 10 business days before I was refunded reached out today to see when I could expect my refund and they told me they were getting another shipment in on January 20 and will be sending my order out after that date... I just want to get my refund. Do not shop here. They will bombard your inbox with products they can't even stock.

I wish I had looked here first. I am sure this is a China based Company using the Military's name. The phone is full and you can't leave messages etc. The really need to shut this place down. This is ridiculous. I will call BBB.Should be minus 100 star's.

I placed an order December 24,2018. Money was withdrawn from my account I still haven’t received my merchandise total of 157.96. Called over 10 times in the last 3 weeks and mailbox is always full. Emailed and got a generic email stating 20.00 off my next order. Why would I order again when I still don’t have my original order? I have emailed 4 more additional times with bank statement withdraw. So rude! I thought 💭 I was helping our military families by making a purchase. Communication would be nice! I am at the end of the rope. I have officially filed a complaint with commissioner and BBB. If anything I hope they donated funds to the military!
So sad.

I really love their clothing line but, I returned 2 shirts for $39.00 each and have never received a credit. It has been 2 months and the same response....$20 off your next order. No live person to speak to due to their voicemail being full. Not good business! If the issue was resolved, I would continue to order.

I have ordered in the past with great results. I ordered on Dec. 26 and haven’t received my item and tried to call the mailbox is full. Have emailed them with no results.

Total rip off....I ordered something a couple of months ago and never received the items. This place should be shut down. I tried to call them and got an answering machine and then the mailbox was full. I will report them to the BBB.
