If you have been scammed by this company like so many have, please report them to BBB Southeast Florida. They will launch an investigation. I received my paperwork within days of filing. I can check the status of my complaint. I also reported it to my CC company who has suspended the payment and is investigating.

This company does not even deserve one star. They are crooks and should be prosecuted. They take your money but never ship out the product and will not refund your money.

This company is a joke. I ordered from them a year ago and received all items and ordered again over 3 weeks ago and only received partial order after 3 weeks and cannot get a person to answer the phone and voicemail is full so you cannot leave a message. When you email you get an automated response and they do not answer your questions but only offer $20 off your next order. I have received the same response 3 times now. I want to return some of my items but afraid I won’t receive a refund and certainly don’t want a credit because I will not buy from them again. I am still missing items from my order, and of course it’s the item I was most looking forward to, so they have stolen money from me. Do not buy from this place! This is my first review ever so please know that I wouldn’t have taken the time unless I have exhausted all possibilities for the company to rectify this situation.

Terrible company. Same complaint as everyone else. Order never shipped. Asked for a refund, was promised I would get it in 5 business days. That NEVER happened. Then they offer me $20 off on my next order and to wait for my order. All correspondence is through email. Their Voice Mail is full. You can not get a human voice to respond on any phone number you try. Do not order from this company. But if you did and want a refund, go through your credit card or your bank. Also their BBB rating is an F. That says a lot.
This CORRUPT company needs to be SHUT DOWN.

Do not order from this company!!! They took my money at the beginning of November & no merchandise & no refund. They email back & say it’s on it’s way & it never comes! You can’t leave a voicemail because the box is alway full !!! Complete Scam!!! I’ve ordered in the past but they are horrible now!!!

Ordered something on 12/14 and still have not received it. Asked for a refund and I got some automated email about saving $20 off my NEXT order... right....

Horrible business. Don't buy from them. I ordered on Dec 18th and told I would have the items on the 19th. Contacted them on Dec 27th and was told Jan 6th. Jan 9th and nothing...so I contacted my bank to refund my money and submit a fraud investigation. :)

I placed an order on Dec 2 and still have not received. I was told 2 weeks ago it would ship by end of the week, 2 day shipping. I emailed again today and got the automatic reply that someone would be in touch within 24-48 hours. I am so frustrated. Will NEVER order anything from this company again!!

This company is a ripoff!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! I placed an order on 12/7/2019, and as of 1/8/2020, STILL have not received my items. Their phones go unanswered, as do their emails!!!!

I would give a 0 star rating if that was an option. I wrote a review several weeks ago. Good company gone bad! I still have not received an item my mom ordered me for Christmas and have not received an order I placed on 12/03/19. I contacted my bank yesterday as did my mom and am in the process of getting my money back. I would file fraud charges if I could. May still look into that. I urge anyone who has not gotten their merchandise to contact their bank to get the money returned. Like another review says they are still all over FB and Instagram and everytime I go on my laptop they pop up! Hopefully somehow this sight will get shut down!

If I could give a ZERO I would. Like many I ordered on 12/11 with the advertised "2-day shipping". Of course they immediately took my money and to this date I have never received an email/phone call or any reply (as their mailbox is full) aside from the Auto-email reply that they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. I have emailed 3 other times...with same reply. To date they are still advertising on FB, Instagram, internet etc. Tried to leave a comment on the FB page, but anything negative is immediately deleted….found the owners name via the BBB...might try and get a response on her personal FB page.

I ordered way back in November and never got my order, the phone number says it’s full, so you can’t leave a message.. you people took my money but I never got my items.
Shame on you!!!...

Wow, I've ordered from this company before and have had a great experience and absolutely loved my merchandise. This time not so much. I ordered a shirt, received an email that there was a delay in shipping and when asked to refund my money because I needed it for an event that had come and gone, I received an automated response that they would get back to me, they never did. and of course they are not accepting voicemails. How can they still be taking orders on their website when they are no longer honoring those orders? Someone needs to shut this website down.

Not Happy with this company at all!! I placed an order on Dec 27th, 2019 and immediately they debited my account but then sent me an email stating that something went wrong with my order and the items were still in their basket waiting to be checked out. I telephoned them immediately and got a voice message but could not leave a message because voicemail was full. I sent them an email and immediately receive an automated response stating that they would get back with me within 24 to 48 hours. Wanting to be understanding that its the holiday I waited until today, Monday January 6th to try to reach out to them again to no avail. Voicemail is still full and still I haven't received a response from them regarding my order. I called my bank to start an investigation into this to see about getting my money back. I wish I had done my due diligence beforehand and read the reviews before placing my order and all of this could have been prevented. With all the other legitimate clothing companies out there, if you are reading this review, please save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere, That's all i can offer you, the decision is yours.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Placed an order on 12/2/19. It is now 1/6/20 and merchandise was never received. Did get several email responses apologizing, but when I requested a refund I was told they only offer credit for additional merchandise. REALLY? Merchandise they will never ship. I filed a complaint with the BBB on 12/19/19 and to-date MH has not responded to their requests. Once I requested a refund they stopped responding to me as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Waited over 5 weeks! NOTHING is as advertised. Got a jacket $50 and can’t even get my hand thru the arm because the lining is almost completely sewn together. It’s a fringe covered jacket and the shoulders are BALD!
Sequin top ( XL) has zero sequins and is so short my 100 pound 5 foot daughter can’t even fit into it. It’s not the top advertised. I have pictures.
All items made in China and extremely poor quality .

Well well well. Very interesting to see that all the other reviews scream the same problem. I too placed order at my daughters request. I did check to see they were a US company and the fact they are based in Florida made me happy. Empty promises and card charges immediately and still no product one month later. Very annoyed. Bottom line..... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I placed an order and was billed on 12/12/19. My order was for Xmas presents for my wife. It is now 1/6/20 and I still do not have my order. I have repeatedly called their 1-800 number but no one answers and their vm is full. I have also repeatedly E-mailed them but have never gotten a response. I am going to challenge the purchase with my credit card company and use my businesses’ digital footprint to let as many people as possible know what a scam this business is.

Go to your bank, credit card company and file a dispute against this place as I did a few days ago. This place will return my money, these thieves aren't scamming me. I'll let the banks to the dirty work and weed this place off the market

As a retired 25 yr veteran, I trusted this company to deliver. I made an order online when they pushed holiday discounts. Now the product is over 2.5 weeks late, and all I get are daily marketing emails pushing more sales, apologies and and discounts...that have expiration dates!!!! I want to shower after getting their emails. They are deceiving, manipulative, and I will NEVER order or recommend. Stay away from them.
