I placed an order - for Christmas - Dec. 6, 2019 -
I keep getting put off about when this order will ship - yet they still have this item on their website for sale - I will never purchase anything from this site again - still have not received the order and its January 2020! Beware!

Echoing all of the other negative reviews. It’s at least nice to know I’m not the only one. Haven’t received my order and can’t even get a response from customer service now. I’ve tried calling the number but their voicemail box is full. So is it a complete scam?

Military veterans - you should be outraged that they use you!! This company is downright crooked! Deceptive advertising, cheaply made clothing, promises everything then goes back on their written word. If a sweater is listed as "thick", you shouldn't be able to see your tank top through it, should you? If you say there's an irregular looking stitching in the neckline, but they disagree ("that's just the cut" - of a sweater? Are you kidding me?) They tell you to donate it to charity, then turn around and send you a return label as a "one-time courtesy". Because they want to re-sell that cruddy sweater to another unsuspecting customer? I bought from them because of their story. But if I were military, or a veteran, I'd be outraged that this company is selling cheap clothes running a scam business, and associating that with our United States Military. Simply a "made in China" fleece the people company.

Has anyone ever received an order? Same as all the others, order FIVE ITEMS and nothing....many emails saying they promise to have it out and still not even a tracking!!!! Guess they wanted everyone's money for their own Christmas and now they can't ship. I thought I accidentally ordered from a China company but this is not....it's in Florida! Horrible horrible!

Just like everyone else I ordered 12/12/19 and have not received the order (was suppose to receive by 2 day shipping) though they charged my credit card! I have tried contacting them with no reply. Now I have a dispute with my credit card company... what a hassle..

I am in the same boat as the other reviews on here. Ordered December 12. They immediately took money from my account & when I questioned delivery date, the so called customer service stated there was such a demand, but everything was going 2 day shipping. That was a week before Christmas. I have emailed several times & have heard absolutely nothing back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE - 0 stars - You will be very disappointed with the quality of the clothing, the wait time if you are lucky to ever receive your order, false advertising, and the horrible customer service!!! I am echoing all the other bad reviews!!! I ordered early November and and have not received any shipment details. When I contacted customer service on 3 follow up occassions, I received 3 promised shipment dates and still nothing!!! This company has gone down hill and is now a true rip off!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Waited 1 month for order. Received today, sherpa jacket is great, party dress is flimsy and extremely small, I am 5'3" and 125 lbs and could barely get it on! And no refund or return info in the packages.

Terrible!!! These people are thieves! Ordered gifts for Christmas in 12/2/19 they charged my card immediately and I have never received any merchandise. Customer service
Number is a voicemail that the mailbox is full!! I did reach a human today who hung up on me after asking for the order number! I called back and now just receiving voicemail! Absolutely DO NOT buy from this company!!!

Horrible Company, charged my card for an item and sent nothing but a text. No tracking, shipping or update. When you call their number you get a voicemail that says voicemail is full. No response to any communication.

Horrible ordered beginning of nov took my money and still no order DO NOT BUY FEOM THEM

Ordered two weeks ago and still do not have any shipping information. Inquired via email and phone multiple times, nobody answers the phone and the voicemail is full. Most likely with angry messages from customers. Only email response I got was a canned response saying they were very busy and orders will be shipped soon. Had I read the review ahead of time I never would have placed an order with this fraud of a company.

This company is HORRIBLE! I ordered something 3 weeks ago and still have not received it! The order was for a Christmas present. I have called numerous times and I get a recording with the mailbox that is full!!! I have also emailed and have had no response. They should be shut down and not in business!!

Same as everyone else. Ordered product and never received it, just received excuses and no refund. They have deleted my comments but I will keep posting, and keep giving them bad reviews and reporting their page to Facebook every chance I get. I have reported them to the BBB and Florida attorney general. They should be behind bars.

I would like to give no stars. Ordered something on November 17! They charged my credit card and took my money. Last week they told me they would be shipping it out 2 day mail and I would have it by Christmas. I would get an email with shipping information. Well thats not happening.
I will complain to my credit card company that they are a fraudulent company. Do not buy from them!!!!
They are misrepresenting the MILITARY!!

Terrible! Ordered on the 11th, received email on the 16th saying it was delayed! As of today hasn’t been shipped so I reached out to them and the response was it will be shipped either later today or early next week with 2 day shipping! Regardless it’s going to be late for Christmas!!! Thereafter I attempted to contact them
By phone, not only did I not get an answer their mailbox was also full! Wouldn’t suggest ordering anything from them

Same as everyone else, ordered early November and still nothing but excuses. Never again! I suggest everyone that has had bad experiences report their FB page as there is no where to leave a review and they delete any comments you put on their page.

Horrible customer service, ordered 3 weeks prior to Christmas. 2 weeks later order hasn't shipped was told it would ship on 18th, as of 21st still hasn't shipped. Have requested a refund, as they've already charged my card. Will not use again.

Ordered a long time ago for Christmas. No updates at all. Tried to call and can’t leave messages. They will delete any negative comments on their Facebook page. Still haven’t received items ordered.
