I ordered some things for Xmas well in advance and they havent arrived! :( I tried to call and they didnt answer.

received my order and soooo disappointed. Ordered XL in both sweaters and they are the more like a small. The Taylor Knitted Lace Up Sweater is terrible, not only is it the wrong size, the rings that hold the knit lace on the front are RUSTED and have discolored the ties! This is totally unacceptable and in no way anything close to the look or size represented on their website. I want to return this immediately and receive a full refund NOT a credit as I will never order from this company again. No customer service, voicemail box is always full, almost 4 weeks for shipping when advertised 3 day and product was totally misrepresented. I seriously expected more from a company that utilizes the word "military" in it's brand name, which should indicate honestly and excellence, and that is definitely not the case. Rusted??? Really? Do not waste your money.

This company is the worst in customer relations. I ordered something in November and they took the money for it. Now I get excuses that the response was so big, that I have to wait. Asked them how much longer - no answer - just to be patient. Asked for a refund since I won't have it for Christmas. Now they are saying that I should take more time before placing an order if I want to cancel it. And that all sales are final and I only can get a credit or gift card for them. I never even got the product! Going thru my credit card company for the refund. They are awful - I think they put up their own "good" reviews!

CHEAP clothing...looked so good online, but terrible.

Ordered a Christmas gift for my wife Friday the 13th. Guaranteed 2 day free shipping. It’s Thursday, still not here yet. Tried calling, of course the mailbox is full. My first and last time dealing with this company. I live in Pompano Beach, they’re out of Boca. It’s only a few miles. Maybe I should pay them a visit.

I normally only write positive reviews, but after numerous attempts on different days and times to reach this company I've had it! Like other reviewers, I had ordered from Military Hippie in the past and been pleased with the quality and timeliness of the delivery. Not sure what has happened but they are completely UNREACHABLE! Ordered a jacket on November 24th to make sure it would arrive by Christmas. Eventually received an e-mail explaining a delay due to large volume of orders. Instead of catching up on the backlog their scam is to continue to promote the same item to other unsuspecting customers with quick delivery guarantees, REALLY?? The other trick is to keep offering discounts as people wait forever for the original order. They suck and it's frustrating since the only way to cancel is to call their toll free number, get a recording and THEN learn the message box is full and cannot take anymore requests. Don't fall into this rabbit hole of a joke of a company. Too bad, since most worm owned companies, rock. Not this one!!!!

I have bought from this company before and have always been impressed with the quality of their clothing. I have just received my latest order from them and I am extremely disappointed with the quality and appearance. Not only did I just receive my order from October, but it was the wrong color, the stitching is coming undone, the material is so cheap. I paid $65 Canadian dollars for this sweater and it is worth maybe $10 dollars! I don't know what has happened to this company but I will NEVER order from here again! I have never written a review before, but I feel that other purchasers should be aware to NOT order from this site. Also, they do NOT give refunds just store credit and you have to pay for the shipping.

I'm not sure what happened to this company bc i have ordered from them before and everything went smoothly. They even sent me a free pinned flower for my sweater that I misplaced! That was last year.
I ordered a dress Nov 2 and still haven't received it. Every time I've tried to contact thru email they say it is a pre-ordered item, yet i went on their website and it says if you order that same dress you'll get it in 2 days! Tried calling and mailbox says it's full. I'm going to assume they are going out of business and trying to get as much money as possible beforehand.

Wish I could vote zero stars! This company sucks DO NOT order anything from them. I placed an order on November 30th for two sweaters and just got my package in the mail YESTERDAY. 5 weeks worth of waiting and for what? Crappy sweaters made of cheap material that smell like chemicals! Their clothing must come from a warehouse in China nowadays. Not buying anything from them EVER again.

It would be a 0!! How is this company still in business!?!?! I ordered at the beginning of November and NOTHING!! Why do they take our money immediately out of our accounts for the item then NEVER SHIP IT!?! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! At this point I doubt I will ever get my items. Shameful business practices! My biggest mistake was not reading all of the other horrible reviews before I trusted this shabby online boutique!! I buy all the time online and have NEVER experienced anything so unprofessional. If they know they are not going to ship it...why take our money?! I can not believe this is an American company able to continue business like this. Unbelievable.

Horrible. Horrible quality, not as picture shows or describes and when the clothing got here it smells like it was in a mold infested warehouse. That’s after 5 weeks of waiting. Don’t buy from military hippie. Two years ago I bought a sweater and it was quick n as described. I don’t know what they have done.

Terrible , they sell clothes that they don’t have , a month ago I put my order and still waiting for my tracking number , they still sending me discounts to buy more hahha ridiculous. They steal our money , I didn’t get my stuff neither the tracking number ,

I placed an order in the beginning of October. Not only did it look like a great deal, I also thought it was going to a good cause. I still have not received my order. I have emailed them several times. The first excuse was the California fires, so I let it go. Then they gave me numerous ship dates, still no package. I will not order from them again

In the past, I would have given this company a 5 star rating. However, with this past order, it took over one month to receive the two sweaters I ordered. Then, I never received the free sweater, as advertised and promised and noted on my packing slip. The sweaters were of extremely poor quality, so I asked to return them and have my credit card reimbursed. However, it states I will get a refund through Military Hippie email to use on future products. I have tried calling, emailing, and I get no response. Now I will turn to my credit card company to get my money back. I returned the two sweaters as specified bynthem and I get nothing. They received the sweaters on November 22nd and have heard nothing. Since they will not take any calls, unable to leave a message, then I am left with no choice but to get my money back from my credit card company. Do not order from this company.

Bad they are a scam I ordered my package they got the bad address I tracked the package it got sent to another post office and the post office called them because thier a post office you your self won't get through . Thier voicemail is full . The post office said that they had to return it because it was no such. Number they lie and keep saying I delivered it. It was sent back to Florida and on the web sight it's a different address from the one . They send you emails saying we delivered to the address you gave us we can't change it. I lost 30.00 dollars. And I kept my order number tack the packing tracker number. These people are a rip off their site is fake on Facebook . They will take your money and not give you your order. Good luck getting your packages. I called ups and they said it got sent back to them and Miltary hippie said it got delivered to me .thier wrong thier not right. . scam scam scam these people shouldn't be on Facebook I did some re search they are reported people don't do it your losing your money and your never will get your package . Please don't do it. It been over a month they will lie to you. Don't trust them they are no good. Think about it people do research before you get a product . Scam scam scam scam.

I have ordered from Military Hippie a couple of times. Both orders took FOREVER to arrive. The quality is that of Walmart, sizes run very small (I think this company is asian based). I will NEVER purchase from them again! They SUCK!

I have two items from Military Hippie, both of which are nice quality. However, the second item took FOREVER to ship, and I had to keep bugging them for updates. They are having a free sweater promotion right now, and their site let me order it without buying another item. I can take responsibility for the fact that I should have known that was too good to be true, but then why let me do it? It made me pay for 2 day shipping (which I knew was a joke) but I figured, hey, I’m getting a free sweater. I paid for that with a gift card I’m trying to use up so I can be done with them. Nine days later, still no shipping confirmation. So I finally contacted them. It took them two days to get back to me and now they’re telling me that when they finally do get around to processing my order, it will be canceled because I had to purchase something else with it. Couldn’t they have told me this 11 days ago?? Or maybe not allowed their site to let me order it in the first place? And when I asked if they would still honor the free item I ordered if I also order something else, they said no—I would have to pay full price (talk about great customer service). Also, I’ve noticed that they’re almost always having a “sale” but their prices never change. And the discount codes they send via email that they try to make seem like some super special discount just for you are lower than coupons you can find for the site online yourself. Overall, while the products I’ve received are nice, it’s definitely not worth the heartache, they have bad customer service, horrendous shipping times, and I’ve found some of the exact same clothing items at other places for WAY cheaper. Don’t waste your time or money.

Update: 17 days now and they still haven’t bothered to process/cancel my order and refund my gift card. Also, the “up to 90% off” Black Friday deals they’re promoting are complete lies. I’ve been watching the site for a while now while I wait for my refund, and all those prices are exactly the same as they were before this epic “sale”. Total joke.

My first 2 orders came quickly. I had to return one item they gave me a credit before receiving the return merchandise. The replacement came quickly. Since then my experiences have been AWFUL !!! I have 3 orders outstanding one I ordered in September , 2 others in October. They haven’t arrived no shipping info. The 1 sweater they said isn’t in it’s a preorder but I received the same sweater in a different color and received it a couple weeks earlier. I really wished I would have seen these reviews sooner.

I ordered sandals and they took forever arrive and then they were horrible quality. They were very responsive however would only issue me a credit. Nothing is ever in stock and I ordered replacement items even though I didn’t want to, on October 20th. No word at all except their constant marketing emails.
I just emailed them again saying where is my order! After reading these reviews i think I’m back to just contact my credit card and demand a credit to my card at this point.
