Horrible merchandise, do not order. I received a credit for my return so I needed to use it....so I ordered a jacket and a dress. The clothes I received are poor poor quality. I gave up.

They use to have nice quality. I just ordered 2 sweaters had to email twice to find out where they were. Was excited to get the nice sweaters as weather cooling off... I opened and couldn’t believe the extremely poor quality of the sweaters. Nothing like the sweaters I ordered in the past. I will just eat the $ which irritates me but not worth ordering items that are so poorly made.

I am so frustrated with this company. I have ordered from them in the past and everything was great. I ordered from them last month with priority three day shipping(by their choosing). I purposely chose items that were not on a wait list. I received and email stating my items were on back order (after I was supposed to have received them) and
would be shipped out by Nov. 5th. Still nothing. I just want my money refunded. They have only a return policy. I have nothing to return!! I have been waiting weeks for my items. Is it legal for these people to keep your money without any merchandise?!!!!

I ordered sweaters on this site several years ago and they were a nice quality. I just recently ordered sweaters and they are extremely cheaply made and poor quality. One of the three sweaters I ordered over a week and half ago still hasn’t shipped. I requested a refund on the item and they refuse to refund my credit card, even though the item has not been shipped yet. Poor quality and extremely poor customer service!!!

I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM FOR 3 DAYS NOW AND EVERY TIME I CALL I CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE MAIL BOX IS FULL. THIS IS A JOKE. LIKE MOST EVERYONE ELSE WHEN I E-MAIL THEY KEEP GIVING ME DIFFERENT DATES THAT MY SHIPMENT WILL GO OUT THIS IS SUCH BS!!!!!!!!!!! PS JUST IN OCT MY FAULT I HAVE ORDERED 5 SWEATER NOT SEEN A ONE FIRST ONE ORDERED ON OCT 3 JOKE

Placed an order on 10/8 for four items that were supposed to ship “priority mail.” After three weeks of asking, I finally received communication with a tracking number. Days later, it still hadn’t updated and the only response they would give me is that my order was “on its way.” After threatening to report them as a scam, I was provided a new email with a new tracking number that only listed three of my items. When I addressed this, the response I received was that my items shipped separately and I was provided the original tracking number (which still hasn’t updated). I’ve contacted my financial institution to report them as fraud.

I have to say experience with Military Hippie has been a horrible one. I ordered from them with the understanding that some of my items were on preorder. My order was supposed to ship on the 19th, and then the 23rd and then the 24th. It’s now October 31 and I finally received a communication from the company saying that we’re sorry about whatever but we’re waiting on the next shipment to come in next week. This is been the worst experience of dealing with a online retailer ever. I will never order from military hippie

I ordered a couple things that were okay then hit a trend of ordering things that were always too small. When you send it back (at your expense) you get a store credit. I can't wait to use the store credit up so I can never order from them again. I am just afraid they will go our of business before that happens!

I purchased a jacket for 29.99 which looked really cute! Unfortunately it was too small and the material was about the quality of a Halloween costume. I’m not sure if it’s worth paying to send back or just give it to my granddaughter for dress up.

Wish I would of read this before ordering. VERY SMALL sizing and not great quality. Can’t return can only send back for store credit which I will never order from them again - so misleading and disappointing

I wish I had read this before ordering from this scam company. Product is NOT as shown. All plastic and poorly cheaply made. No customer service. It is a complete scan. DO NOT ORDER FROM MILITARY HIPPIE!!! And they should change their name. It’s an insult to call it “Military!” Disgusting!!!!

Company sells garbage products from China and will not issue a refund. Hides the fact that refunds are given store credit in its fine print. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR

I order a pair of espadrille sandals that looked pretty good online. I got them way too late and the product arrive in a plastic old bag, no box and was damaged.
The "leather" was nothing but plastic that had been painted, and the paint was coming off in several areas. In addition the straps were kind of glued together and you could see the imperfections.
This is not a $75 pair of sandals. I can get better quality at Payless.

Do not waste your time or money buying from this place. Definitely a scam. I don't know where they purchase their products from but the lack of quality and the look of the final product is horrible

I have had the exact same experience as all these other reviewers.
Late shipping, no customer service, shoddy products and they charge you immediately.
The Product took forever to ship after they say 2 day shipping. I live 15 miles from their address, when I looked it up , it was just a dinky warehouse. It took 5 weeks and was a Christmas gift.
I called my credit card company and disputed the charge after non-delivery and then cancelled the order many times through email.
They sent the sweater anyway, I still have it because I’m not paying to send it back since I canceled it so many times. And then I get an email from them saying they realize they have let me down and can they please have a second chance. 🤦‍♀️

Ordered the Remy espadrilles. They are garbage. Arrived scratched. Ill-fitting. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. They state that they are part of a new wave of online boutiques that have continually changing merchandise, thus no refunds, only store credit. Bunch of bull. Stay away!

As many have said, I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered. First off, the “oversized” sweater I ordered in an xl/1x size would fit a person who is about a size 2. I am a size 12 and it’s skin tight. The material is cheap, itchy, and thin and nowhere on the sweater or on the website does it show fabric content. I have since written two poor reviews and they have never appeared on their website. Conveniently only 5 star reviews appear. Customer service is the pits and the “satisfaction guarantee” only means a replacement, not a refund, and you have to pay to ship it back. Stay away from this company!!!

I so wish I had found these reviews before I ordered. Just like everyone else I ordered the Remy sandals. What a cheap make for the amount of money they charged. I ordered these on June 25 and just got them today (July 17). When I asked them to cancel my order they were very quick to respond that they had shipped! Bunch of bull!!! I give the sandals a month before they start snapping and breaking apart. What a waste of money!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Like others I ordered the Remy sandals on June 27th and they promptly charged my account and that is about all they have done.Customer service is robotic and a bunch of bull. I wish I had done a search on them before ordering. Lesson learneD. Buyer beware. Wish there was a no star option.

Update...received shoes today, not the shoes I ordered, and not the size and not the color and they have a hideous smell. So I received shoes that I can’t return or get a refund because this company is a rip off with terrible policies.

Update...received my actual Remy on 7/27. They do look like the picture however they are not great quality, back strap slips off of my heels. Not going to bother sending a complaint as MH does not take returns and make refunds, just issues store credit. Still won’t shop here again as fulfillment is too long and return policy is not good. Buyer beware.

The company states the ones I originally received are not from them, not sure where those came from.
