Worst customer service ever!! Ordered the Remy sandals June 15th & still haven’t received them! Said they shipped on June 22nd & when I try & contact MH about the status, I get nothing! Lesson learned from this horrible company!

Like everyone else has shared, I ordered the Remy Sandals and they smell terrible, like chemicals and are improperly sized. I know that they have a no refunds policy but I'm going to fight it through my credit card agency anyway. Sometimes they will stick up for their customer, especially with a disreputable company like this.

Terrible!! I just received the Remy Espadrilles and they are such poor quality!!! They do not stay in my feet. The back strap lands in my heel at the tightest setting. So utterly disappointed. To top it off the purchases on the site are final. What a total loss of $60!!!!

Buyer Beware. I wrote a review today on their, what seemed like 100, social media posts in Instagram. It was a well deserved BAD review with regard to their "Happy Returns" statements. I ordered a pair of sandals (not in wide width)... the quality was not good, the sandals were extremely wide and just a product I would never wear. I returned them (they do not pay for returns -- I paid $13 to UPS without issue) the very next day. I asked for a full refund to my original payment. They sent me a store credit. I complained. They advised they speak to their store credit only policy in their FAQs and if you sift through their return policy. HAPPY RETURNS, misrepresented. Even their customer service manager upon my complaint advised she did not like the policy but.... it was their policy -- so another words -- to bad. Well they misrepresent this. Also, when went back into ensure they did not take down my comment, to ensure they were at least ethical. Another disappointment -- they not only took down my comment but all their instagram pushes to me were deleted. I guess I've been banned. I recommend a DO NOT BUY from this company. Cant imagine they will stay in business for long.

I ordered a pair of sandals that were defective. The back strap was very loose and kept falling off. Upon investigation, I found that others had the same problem. They refused to refund my money and I am out $59.99 as there is nothing on the site that I want to purchase.

Read the fine print. Store credits only.....I ordered a pair of shoes that I needed ASAP. Received them, defective. Could not wait for them to be replaced. I had to go ahead and purchase something else from local store. Now I have a store credit and really do not need anything.

All returns are only for "store" credit. I made the mistake of not reading that.
I received 2 pair of sandals today. The photos made them look like they were made of nice materials. I did not expect real leather, but "man made" leather can last a long time, looks like leather and doesn't harm animals. These sandals are plastic; cheap, thin plastic covering foam, with weird fake paper "leather" highlights on sides of the soles.
I would guess they cost $2-3 from the manufacturer. I paid a "sale" price of $59. After opening the clear bag one pair was in, I never even pulled them out of the bag. Just looking at them I could see they might last a month...if I wore them once a month. I am returning them the same day I received them. Buyer Beware. not sure what I'll spend my $119 credit on, but it won't be "shoes".
I also believe the one-name reviews on here exclaiming how great this company is are posted by employees of the company. NO ONE would "love" this stuff.

To start this review off, if I could give negative stars I would. I ordered for the first time from Military Hippie in May 2019, it was the worst ordering experience I have ever put myself through. I had ordered an off the shoulder sweater in the color ivory as a Mother's Day gift set at next day air shipping. I waited a week to receive my item and when I finally received it one day before Mother's Day, it wasn't the item that I ordered, instead it was a dark blue sweater. I immediately contacted customer service and told them how disappointed I was in their company, especially with this being my first time ordering and that now I would be missing one of my gifts to gift my mother on Mother's Day. Customer service then stated that they would next day air the correct item to me that I originally ordered and I didn't end up receiving the sweater until almost 3 weeks later. I contacted customer service multiple times in this 3 week period asking where my order was and they said they had no control over how long it took to get to me and lied to me about where the tracking was to my order on 2 different occasions. When I finally received the correct item 3 weeks later, it was damaged and had snags and holes all over it and was shedding fibers all over the place. At this point I was so angry that I was in tears. I once again, contacted customer service and explained that I had, had enough of their horrible company and I wanted my money back in full or I was taking them to the BBB. After many days of harassing their customer service department, I finally got my money back. I have been researching this "company" after my horrible experience and I say with great assessment that this company is some type of scam. The pieces of clothing that I received were the worst quality I've ever seen and the sizing was 3 sizes off from American sizing. If you look on their website, some things that are marked down on sale, say a simple dress for instance, they will have an original price of $100 on it and you can tell there is no possible way something so cheap looking could ever originally sell at such a ridiculous price. I have also noticed that any positive reviews left on their website are most likely left by people who work for the company, there aren't any pictures or in depth details provided with any of the reviews. This company is an ABSOLUTE sham and anyone who works through Military Hippie should be ashamed of themselves. This company is claiming that they donate money to women in distress and I'm pretty positive it's all a hoax. Please be warned & informed of this company and save your precious time & money!!

Don't bother! Their products are SO cheap! Made in China and terrible quality! There was a pop up on my Instagram with a super cute pair of sandals and I bit. They arrived and were awful. The back strap wouldn't even stay up and the material was a cross between pleather and cardboard. I returned them and a few days later I got an email with a code for a gift card to use on their site. No refunds! Only exchanges. I used the gift card for a sweater that again looked really cute on their site but it was super cheap. I emailed them and asked if I could get a refund because I didn't have much faith in their quality. I was told "no" but if I wanted I could request for an item to be donated to military personnel. They don't want this crap! So I was again given a gift card which will never be used. Save yourself and walk away!!

Do not buy from this company! There sizing is not accurate and even if it’s there fault they won’t refund your money. If you want to get taken you go to them

I need to return items and I did not receive a a receipt. I have no intentions of keeping these items. I have purchased from you in the past and I have never had any issues. I have called and left messages. I need this resolved.

I placed my order in April I was told my order would arrive by May 10 to day is May 23 and I still do not have my shoes. I informed them over a week ago that if they did not ship the shoes by May 16 to cancel my order.
I just received an email this morning stating that they shipped my shoes. I am not impressed at all with this company. I have not received my product yet so I cannot tell you what the quality of the shoes is going to be like but if the service is any indication of the quality of the shoes I’m pretty sure they’re going to be crappy.

The jacket I ordered was not very quality merchandise and their return policy is horrible. If you have to only give basically store credit for returns, its a problem. I should have checked before ordering. That part is on me....

I've ordered several times from Military Hippie and have only ever had to return one thing (for size). Purchases are always shipped in a timely manner and I haven't been disappointed in the quality of my purchases.

They are fast with shipping and customer service is excellent!

Ordered 2 pair of shoes, wasn’t told up front they would be backordered for weeks! Never received merchandise and they placed a charged on my credit card! Sent a cancellation notice to Military Hippie and NEVER received any response! Am now disputing the fraudulent charge as I do not want the shoes at this point. This is such an unnecessary hassle! Too many other sites to choose from! Never again!

I made a purchase May 5. On May 8th I received an email stating there was some type of delay, but no specific details. As of May 18th I still had not received my item I purchased and had not received any other emails detailing shipment info. I sent an email questioning my purchase and received a response that my item might be shipped on or before May 22.

I ordered sandals on May 5 I was supposed to get them few days I had to write to them inquiring when the would be delivered by 5/15 today is May 23 and nothing yet

I’ve been waiting for my rose gold espadrilles since May 9th. No updates and feeling frustrated. They were received June 1st and I’m pleased with the quality. I’ve changed my rating to a 3.
