Clean plates each time
I have 2 dogs, one which will eat anything and it shows and the other a complete nightmare. I have thrown out more food and worried more about him not eating enough. I have always fed raw but this one just doesn't seem fussed. I have tried a few other brands but again he will sniff and walk away. I don't keep food out all day and was getting quite concerned about his lack of interest. I then saw someone recommending Millies and ordered some sample bags. I also contacted their support team who recommended some food to try. Tracker, a low fat one for the dog who eats anything and Peak Performance, higher fat to gain some weight on the other. So far so good. We have had clean plates each time.

I have used Millies Wolfheart for the last few years with all 3 of my dogs , I would never consider changing . I know that my dogs are getting the best quality food . It is an excellent price for such a high quality food . I’ve contacted Millies Wolfheart several times for advice to what type of food to change my puppy from and my other dog . I’ve had the best advice , nothing is ever to much for Millies Wolfheart . I always highly recommended them .

I reached out to Millies for advice for my WCS (2.5 year old) pup he is fussy, due to me feeding different ranges so I wanted a good quality food with great range. Eve was really fabulous at advising which products would be suitable based on his breed, weight & excerise. My dog has been on Millies Wolfheart (Riverside) for almost three years. She looks stunning and we are alway being complimented on how healthy she looks. Ive often read at how helpful the team are should you ring and ask for advice. Well, I can categorically say this is the absolute truth. I rang with a query and they couldn’t have been more helpful with advice etc. I wholeheartedly would recommend them without a doubt.
Lovely experience
We were thinking about switching our dogs’ food to Millies Wolfheart, but had a few questions before committing to the change. I’ve emailed customer service and they were outstanding all the way through! Carefully tailoring their advice for my dogs’ needs and quickly answering all my queries. Now that our dogs have started their new journey with Millies, I can say that they absolutely love the food and I’m very impressed by the quality of the wet and dry food. The kibble looks extremely different compared to the inferior quality ones. It is rich and smells great. The wet food in particular is great, lovely to see vegetables in the can and smelling the actual meats described on the tin. I’m extremely happy with our decision to switch to Millies Wolfheart, truly a great brand for an affordable price :)

We have used Millie’s for the last year due to our older Doberman having a chicken allergy. We have now added another Doberman puppy to our family and emailed them to ask for advise on food. Eve emailed me back with a wealth of knowledge and advice on which foods our puppy needs at different stages of her life.
I would highly recommend Millie’s to anybody looking for an excellent food and great customer service.

Moved our puppy into Millie’s after his kibble wasn’t agreeing with him. Saw an improvement within two days and fingers crossed it will continue. I emailed for advice before purchasing and they were super helpful and even advised on what point I can try other mixes. Would definitely recommend.

Just wanted to express how excellent customer service Millie’s Wolfheart has, I was due a 24 hour track delivery on the 14th August get a notification from Royal Mail that it is delayed tried to track the next day tracking system is saying pending, I called Millie’s Wolfheart customer service and the nice lady on the phone sorted a new order out for me and now sent with a different courier. Your customer service is 100% thank you

With the arrival of our new Puppy and wanting to switch food brands I telephoned Customer service. Staff were knowlageable and very helpful with all my questions. Given great advice and selected a product suitable to our needs. Almost 2 months in and our not so little pup is thriving and looks an absolute picture of health with the most amazing coat. My dog thinks Millies Wolfheart is the absolute best
I have been buying Millies Wolfheart dry dog food for my boy since we got him on the recommendation of the previous owner. He absolutely loves it and recently I contacted their nutritionist for advice about changing the recipe to give him a different taste. I received the reply the next day and was very pleased with the speed and their advice. Well done Millies Wolfheart.
Helped settle our English Setter's tummy problems
Great quality food at a fair price. Our English Setter had been fairly 'loose' for the first year of her life and was struggling with some bouts of colitis, we believe her diet was too rich (we had originally used Orijen and then Millie's Riverside mix which were both poultry based). When I asked the Millie's team for advice it was recommended that we switch to the Gundog Mix which is good for sensitive tummies as it is mainly white fish. Immediately since putting her on this recipe 4 months ago, our dog's tummy has been perfect for the first time ever and she is happy and healthy! No need for any kind of 'special' or 'gastro' diet food from the vet!

Great Product Undermined by Terrible Customer Services
We have been buying from Millies for 3 years. This time the delivery of wet food was randomly split by DPD to two deliveries spaced out over the afternoon causing difficulties for my job. Things can go wrong on occasion and customer services are meant to be there for when they do. The 'Computer says...' attitude of the staff including the manager left an unpleasant taste. They as much as said they don't care about problems for their customers, it is up to them what they do.
Not sure if I will continue with them, I am looking at alternatives.
Follow up - Yes, DPD actually did well to limit the time between the two deliveries. However, the issue is about the attitude of Customer Services, which doesn't seem to be understood.
