Very nice product and good value. would have been 5 star, but order said next day, we ordered on saturday expecting it to be sent monday for tuesday delivery as stated on order receipt, but after not receiving a despatch note, i called and was told it wasnt going to be sent until tuesday so would be a day late. I explained it was a 21st birthday present so they managed to get it out last mail thankfully, for which i am grateful. but just as well i phoned.

Brilliant customer service, very speedy replies to a couple of emails (thank you for your help Karen). Very pleased with the product! Very quick next day delivery and good packaging too. Would use again!

I have an expensive watch that needed a link taken off and a battery changed, I decided to take it to a professional jewler for a quote instead of just any on the high street so I could minimise and damages or scratches to my watch, upon visiting this store (county road liverpool) my watch was broken by the jewler, I recived an apology and was told my watch will be sent off for a repair, 1 week had gone by and I didn't have any updates on my watch so I went in store, I was told they don't have any I information on my watch so I demanded they make a phone call, my response was "its been orderd" so I asked for a estimated date and I was told "it will take how ever long it takes" I informed her that I was not happy and she basically told me I'm lucky I'm getting the repair, because for alls she knows my watch could have been broken when I brought it in, after informing her that I recorded the phone call of the staff member telling me the jewler broke my watch another employee interfered in the conversation trying to convice me that it's illigal to record phone calls so I would maybe delete the recording, absolutely shocking way to treat customers and I feel sorry for anyone who would be intimidated by multiple staff arguing with you trying to blame you for damage they did, fortunately I'm not, I just want to give a heads up to people who may plan to visit the County road store in liverpool, the staff are very unprofessional and may try to intimidate you if they mess up. The product I ordered was good quality what was really disapointing was the way it was packaged.It was squeezed into a tiny box with no gift bag. As this was a present I phoned the St Helens store and they said they would send me out a more suitable box and a bag I received it the next day but it was the same box and what looked like a used bag I ended up having to buy a box and bag to put the item in to make it look ok really disapointed.
