I have now purchased 4-watches from you…
I have now purchased 4-watches from you 2 of which I have had to return due to faults. The first watch was a Ladies Rolex Date-just that was returned due to the winder not engaging when pulled out to change the date or the time and the second watch, a gents Breitling had a similar issue. I returned this watch and decided I didn't actually like and went onto purchase a Rolex submariner that I have just opened to discover it has the same problem as the first ladies Rolex. purchased from you. to add to this i was told this Submariner has just had a full service, however I now disbelieve this to be true. I currently own a gold Rolex Submariner which had a full service 6-months ago and works perfectly. So I am bitterly disappointed at the overall experience.

Very nice product and good value. would have been 5 star, but order said next day, we ordered on saturday expecting it to be sent monday for tuesday delivery as stated on order receipt, but after not receiving a despatch note, i called and was told it wasnt going to be sent until tuesday so would be a day late. I explained it was a 21st birthday present so they managed to get it out last mail thankfully, for which i am grateful. but just as well i phoned.
