Faulty fastener
The earrings are lovely but the fastener on one doesnt fit. Called you office and I either have to pay to post them back or bring then into Liverpool. Either way a nuisance and additional cost.

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service.
Bought a watch for almost 5k 3 and a half months ago. I asked for a quote to buy back yesterday and was offered 3k. Which I declined. I have further been to 3 other stores who stated they can match the quote with a written quote from Miltons which I have been declined. I also went to the Miltons in Liverpool city centre and was told if I bought from themselves I never would have lost on so much money selling back. Con artists. Can’t even offer me a written quote so that the other company can get me a better offer.
Please avoid at ALL costs!!!!!!
