Veronica has been amazing. I was originally under someone else's care, but they wasn't getting back to me as quickly as I would of liked, so Veronica added me to her patient list. In the early days after my operation I felt very vulnerable and I emailed Veronica a lot! She would get back to me so quick, within the hour mainly or definitely the same day. She has wrote to my doctor advising them on prescriptions for me I need (Acid Reduction tablets) and every step of the way copied me into letters and emails. I couldn't tolerate the tablet form of vitamins at first so she recommended a cheaper all in one chewable vitamin website where now I get all my vitamins from. I have found her support and advice invaluable. I am under her care for a year and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She has great healthy food ideas, brilliant at problem solving and has never once made me feel silly or stupid no matter what I ask her. Veronica was my bariatric dietian assigned to me through Spire Thames Valley Hospital when I decided to go ahead with my vertical sleeve gastrectomy in October 2022.

Veronica supported me along the way from 1 month pre-op ensuring I had all the information on my liver reduction diet and what to expect of life after having weight loss surgery. I have been with her for the last 18 months.

She was always on hand via email if I had any questions or needed any advice, and was always prompt in replying.
