I have dedicated the last 12 years of my life to helping people to achieve better health, confidence, and quality of life through nutrition. Early on in my career, I helped people with all kinds of health conditions, mostly people who needed to gain weight! Around 4 years ago, I started working with people living with obesity, and I have never looked back. There is nothing more rewarding that seeing someone who has struggled with their weight all their life, completely change their relationship with food and finally lose weight and keep the weight off.

Veronica has answered every question I had in the critical stages post op up until 6 months. You have made this easier for me and I have learned a lot about food and about my body/new stomach.
