Mindfulness Exercises was founded by Sean Fargo in 2015 with the intention to help people live with embodied presence, compassion and resilience.

This is the best introduction to mindfulness that I have found in ages. The 100 day program is superb and free!!

Cost

I provide Mindfulness for staff and patients at a large public hospital. I appreciate the resources that are free because I am only paid to work 1 day a week. So constant emails about how to be a 'better teacher' or provide better care, don't really help. I do the best I can with very limited resources. I'd love to be able to afford great training programs but it just isn't an option.

It brings about various positive psychological effects,, including increased subjective well-being, reduced psychological symptoms and emotional reactivity. Improves behavioural regulation.. its a great work and achievement.

so much value

I knew I wanted to learn more about mindfulness and meditation so I was looking to see what programs were out there. When I came across this one, my intuition knew it was right. It’s comprehensive, embodied, and evidence based. I was able to quickly jump in and get started and am enjoying each piece of the process.

A great customer service

A great customer service. Quick response to support and help any request. Very good content. High quality. Profound knowledge. Maybe a little expensive for Latin niche. I live in Mexico and i really would appreciate cheaper prices.
