Cost
I provide Mindfulness for staff and patients at a large public hospital. I appreciate the resources that are free because I am only paid to work 1 day a week. So constant emails about how to be a 'better teacher' or provide better care, don't really help. I do the best I can with very limited resources. I'd love to be able to afford great training programs but it just isn't an option.
