I found the programme clearly structured and easily do-able. I was able to engage with the sessions on a variety of levels (surface or deeper) and adapt the frequency to my current needs.

Bang for your dollar
For anyone wanting to learn, grow, and add additional certifications to what you do, this is a fantastic option. I signed up for the Mindfulness Education certification even though I am a novice (knowing I can use this as an educator). The requirements are adequate, fair, and truly prepare you to teach. The additional resources and bonuses are worth the price of the entire program. Very glad I am doing this!

Fantastic Program and Resource
