On Monday 14 July, I ordered 8 pre-owned 500 piece puzzles from ‘Mind Games Southport’. Other than payment confirmation from their third-party payment provider I neither received an order confirmation nor any communication confirming the date of when the parcel would arrive here.
Since then, I have tried to contact Mind Games Southport on several occasions via txt messages and online form (the phone number listed on their website is invalid!) without any success.
Haven’t received goods or any communication in the past 14 days and find this extremely poor service and totally unacceptable behaviour.
Will not do business ever again with this company and have asked my bank today to process a charge back.
Hope you have more luck with them.

I re-discovered jigsaws in lockdown, so while searching for some new puzzles I found Mind Games Southport. They have a good range of jigsaws and, even better, it was a local small business. Ordered a Ravensburger and a Eurographics, I received a confirmation email the same day and was able to collect the following day. Great service and will definitely use these guys again.

Never used them before. Parcel arrived on time and was securely packaged. Will be ordering from them again.

Wanted to replenish our stock of jigsaws as usual source of supply is not available. Found Mind games online and found a great selection of puzzles in the pre-owned section. Ordered 5 and paid by PayPal. Received an email same day from Colin and parcel collected by Hermes the following day. Puzzles arrived in excellent condition, and we can't wait to crack on with them. Would certainly use this great service again.
