I can only echo a previous review. I searched all the mainstream sites for a particular puzzle, all ‘out of stock’, I search independent sites and found Mind Games. Puzzle in stock, ordered and delivered in 2 days. Perfect, great service. Will search Mind Games again before any of the major sites.

Third, their flexibility. Since the shipping rate is high from UK to USA, he helped me to look into different options, and willing to ship how I would like. Mind Games in Southport is a wonderful shop, with a large selection of jigsaw puzzles and model kits. They have a very good website and Facebook page too. Colin and Chris are always very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Plus, the prices are very reasonable too!

In my view - Small businesses always provide the best service. I discovered MindGames Southport during lockdown, when I needed a regular supply of Jigsaw puzzles to keep me sane. Although I am based in Dublin, Ireland, I could not get any local small business here to send me puzzles. Colin had no problem getting that sorted for me. He even advised that it cost the same to send 4 puzzles as one, so naturally, I have been buying in batches of four. I am so happy to have discovered this excellent little business because I always prefer to support the small guys. The selection is always great. Prices are competitive and the service is the best of all. I'm a very happy customer.

Mind Games Southport are great! I have purchased products from them both in their shop and also on their website and received fantastic service both times. When I went into their shop they were so pleasant and helpful and I came away feeling really happy! I then purchased from their website during lockdown and again the service was amazing! Even with all that was going in my order came extremely quickly and really well packaged. The prices are great too!
