I had been searching for one particular Ravensburger puzzle for months without success & then I found Mind Games website which has one of the widest ranges of Ravensburger puzzles I have seen including the jigsaw I was looking for. The result was that I purchased 2 jigsaws which arrived within 3 days even though I opted for the cheapest postal option. The service was so good I have ordered another 2 puzzles in less than a week of making my first purchase.

I purchased a Pomegrante puzzle online in December 2020, having seen the puzzle on their Instagram page. The puzzle was sold out elsewhere online, and I was really pleased to have found that Mindgames shop had one left in stock and it was at a great price. I received an email confirmation of my order and the item arrived within 2 days of ordering within the busy period running up to Christmas 2020. Having checked Mindgames other jigsaw puzzle stock on their webpage, I ended up putting lots in my basket as they had a great range and excellent prices, but ended up putting them back, to kerb my jigsaw puzzle addiction, and pace myself. Wonderful experience. During lockdown many of us have taken up hobbies to help get through the nightmare and mine is Wasgij jigsaws. With my current collection of 107 almost exhausted, imagine my joy when I saw that 3 new ones had just been released. Sadly finding a supplier was extremely difficult until I stumbled across Mind Games. A telephone call later and I have 2 in the post, that is only half the story. It was my first contact with the store, but I was treated like a long standing valued customer, which was much appreciated. I enjoyed the experience so much that I now hopefully have established that I will be informed of any future Wasgij releases. In this day and age it's so nice to find people that really care, thank you Mind Games and here's to future orders.

Excellent service and great range of jigsaws from local small business. I started on 3 for £10 used jigsaws - great value during lockdown - but am now a bit of an addict for the Pomegranate brand.

This is the first time that I have used this store. I had been searching for a particular jigsaw puzzle on websites that I had used previously, on some the puzzle was out of stock and the few where it was available were asking an inflated price. I stumbled on Mind Games and I'm glad that I did, I found the site very easy to navigate and found what I was searching for at a reasonable price. My wife and I have been doing a lot of jigsaw puzzles recently and are looking forward to receiving the two that I ordered.
