And what a wise decision it proved to be, as from initial planning all the way through to completion, we received a 100% smoothly delivered process. The MM team are professionals of the highest calibre. In just 2½ weeks we received the keys to our newly completed garden room and, such is their expertise, they made it look easy.

Built exactly to spec and all done in timeframe agreed! All great guys on site and cleaned up after nicely. Rich was great at the design stage with the many iterations we had to get to the final design. Chuffed with the final result!

I can highly recommend Miniature Manors for any garden room project.
We looked at a few garden room companies and while all seemed very professional I knew when I met Richard for a site survey that there was only one option for us and that was Miniature Manors. Richard was extremely knowledgable and able to make excellent suggestions. We initially contacted them as they were recommended to us by friends who had a garden room built which we were very impressed with.
We asked for a garden room with internal dimensions of 6m x 4m to be used as extra living space year round. We had an idea of what we wanted with regards to materials, door options etc which Richard took a look at and suggested a few changes and a great explanation of the reasons for the recommended changes which I am so glad he did as the finished result is much better than we could ever have hoped for.
The original estimate produced was exactly what we paid - no hidden extras.
Richard and the whole team, including the electrician, decorator and plasterer were a pleasure to deal with - always professional, courteous, friendly and polite.
The team have a great work ethic and seem genuinely proud of the finished product and proud they should be as we are delighted with our new room.
There was always great communication to keep us up to date with what was happening on a day-to-day basis.
The team were always tidy at the end of the day and there was very little disruption.

I cannot Praise/Thank/Recommend ALL of the team at Miniature Manors enough - they were amazing from start to finish - nothing was too much them.They were prompt to start each morning even in the pouring rain/lightning and power cuts on some days!They worked hard and were SO tidy!
