We wanted a garden cabin built to regs. We shopped around for a long time before settling on Miniature Manors (MM).
This decision was not exclusively based on best price, but on reputation, build quality (we saw previous clients' builds) and the obvious expertise of Richard and the trades he brought to view the project.
MM made the process straightforward and were a pleasure to have around - not something I would say lightly.
Everyone on the team was very polite, very professional and, best of all, excellent at what they do. We put a lot of money, for us, into this project and I'm pleased (delighted and relieved!) to say it was worth every penny.

Miniature Manors did a fantastic job designing and building our garden room. They’re a great company to deal with, the work was done to a really high standard by a great bunch of guys who kept us up to speed with everything that was going on throughout the build. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Miniature Manors did a great job building the music room in the back of our garden and work quickly and efficiently despite the limited space available for moving and storing materials around our house. Better communication from Miniature Manors when they had to reschedule the work and arrange for the final bits of electrical work are the only things that could have been improved.

Superb work by Richard and his team. Everything finished to a very high standard as promised and as quoted.

We hired Miniature Manors to build a garden room/office. I highly recommend this company, they have exceeded our expectations. The job was done on the time. The guys are very skillful and professional. It was very easy to deal with Richard. This is an example of an honest and proactive company which will do a great job. I would thoroughly recommend the team at Miniature Manors. They built a garden music room for us and were extremely helpful and accommodating in the design and build processes. We had some specific requirements with regards to sound insulation and treatment - they were knowledgeable and professional about all of this. The build itself went incredibly smoothly - everything was done tidily, efficiently and the team were very friendly. It is a great room, we were very pleased with the service and the result.

Miniature Manors have built a garden room for us- 10'x10', with triple doors. It was built in March and was completed in about three weeks. As a last minute add on, we asked them to organise a new patio in front of the room. Things that stood out: excellent admin and management; adaptable; delivery of materials just prior to requirement; hard working workers, and very competent; care of our garden- boards down over the grass, everything tidied away daily. Basically, highly competent. You pay for what you get- here it was well worth the cost. Negatives- none really. Richard is a busy man and dealt with emails at the end of each day, but communication was not a problem- very personable.

We have been thoroughly impressed with the level of service received from Miniature Manors throughout the process of designing and building our garden office. Richard and his team worked tirelessly through awful weather conditions, and happily accommodated a few last minute changes / additions. The garden office is of a superb standard, and we feel, good value for money. We would not hesitate to recommend Miniature Manors.

Richard and his team are master craftsmen. From our first enquiry Richard was fast to respond and really helpful in advising on the design for our Garden room. Onsite the team were friendly, efficient, tidy and most impressive was the quality of the work and attention to detail. Miniature Manors were fantastic to work with. They built a garden room for us in the centre of Lewes which now serves as a home office for two, a family room and it even has enough storage for all our outdoor needs. They were insightful in the planning stage and extremely friendly, professional and efficient throughout the build. We couldn't fault them at all and are hugely pleased with the final results.

From the quote, design and fitting stage of my wooden framed gazebo Richard and the team at Miniature Manors were really helpful. I normally worry when I am having any work done on the house or garden, but I didn't worry at all as they were so professional checking and double checking everything. The bespoke build element ensured I could get exactly the space I needed to cover what i wanted to use it for and I can tell this is a great garden space that will last a long time. Very happy and would definitely recommend them!

Great service end to end - from the initial telephone conversations to the first site visit and delivery commitment to the actual job and the end product. We live in a terrace house so always are concerned about getting building work done. The build team were great, shoes off at the front door, total respect for out house and a pleasure to have around for the 2 week duration.
The project was delivered to the cost and time as per initial commitments and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.
