Beyond appalling customer service purchasing a used car. So many issues which all come down to a lack of care and attention to detail. Despite making promises to resolve these issues they have now ignored me for over two weeks despite my chasing. Their used sales manager Mark just ignores emails and Mini HQ does nothing to help. I’m now left in a position where I will have to take them to court to get back the money which they owe me. Avoid at all costs.

It is such a good and happy experience to buy an approved used car in Mini Park Lane.

Placed an order for a Mini, left my deposit - Was given a date for my new car - Sold my old car privately to coincide with agreed delivery date, organised my train to London, booked a nice hotel in anticipation of a 3pm handover & journey home - They didn't keep to the delivery date - Forced to cancel the hotel & the train - Forced to a rent a car as the Mini wasn't ready - New delivery date given - Manager gave verbal confirmation (Only because of written e mail communication) that I could rent a car & they would reimburse on delivery - New delivery date came & went - They hadn't a clue when next delivery date would be - Started to say they would do their best on the charges for the car hire which spooked me - Someone had to make a decision as they couldn't so looked at another dealership, bought a new car from Mercedes delivered within a couple of days (That's how to do it BMW) - Mini, what a disgrace, Zero stars on customer communication - Zero stars on customer service & promise. To date I am £2000 in rental cars out of pocket.
I have given you several months to do something about this prior to posting any reviews.

Great car, great pre sales and handover. However, minor problem with VED overpayment and paperwork still not resolved 2 months after they agreed to sort out, multiple emails and calls without resolution. Such a shame.

Cant recommend Mini Park Lane high enough, from the professional service to the quality car I have just bought. I was understandably nervous buying a nearly new car but Charlie helped me every step of the way, he kept me updated on stages of preparation the car had to go through before sale and after sale he contacted me to make sure I was happy with car.
I am so pleased with my new mini its fab :)
