So before i get into the customer service experience, I’ll simply state that Ministry of Supply products are as cool as they look on the website. The pants look cool enough to wear on a night out in Milan and are comfortable enough to wear on a night in on the couch.

I purchased a pair of Pace chinos and after wearing them once decided that they were a perfect choice for an upcoming digital health conference i was going to be on my feet 10 hours a day for a week for. I ordered a pair in black per my company’s conference dress code and expected them to arrive before my flight, which unfortunately did not wind up materializing (not MoS’s fault; they shipped very quickly but UPS is moving a bit slowly due to obvious COVID issues). I was obviously upset and contacted customer service to see if anything could be done. Elvie, a member of the MoS team moved like lightning to get the order cancelled and a new pair immediately shipped to my hotel, sorting out any shipping holdups and as a result they beat me to the hotel by a day on very, very short notice.

This company could thrive on it’s cool products alone but having people like Elvie around to sort out issues quickly and professionally while being empathetic and reassuring are why I’ll not only choose Ministry of Supply for all of my biz casual wear but ensure that all of my buddies who need a cool pair of chinos or a nice oxford shirt are made aware of this awesome brand.

Love my Apollo shirt dress! Flattering fit, well-constructed, and the fabric is out of this world as name suggests, and much nicer than able to see in the illustrations. This will be a season-spanning workhorse in my wardrobe for many years.

I placed an order for the kinetic pants, I have lost some weight due to Covid lockdown so was a bit afraid of the fit, they actually fit PERFECT and yet they are comfortable -think of tailored but with enough room and elasticity to move around- for reference I am 5’9, 174lbs, and got a 32/30

I love the black Apollo polo shirt! Amazing fit in the right places and a little loose around the waist is perfect! Definitely great to wear out to a date night or even for work. I highly recommend purchasing and you will not regret it!!

I never received my clothes, and customer service stopped responding or trying to resolve the issue. I don't know if the company is a scam or if they just have terrible customer service. Buyer beware.

Ministry of Supply is, in my opinion, the tops when it comes to men's dress shirts and pants. The clothing is clearly made of quality and it is super comfortable. I used to be someone who hated dressing up because of stiff formalwear, but now I actually look forward to dressing up. They say that clothes make the person and I know I feel confident that I am making a positive impression on others when wearing MS clothing. In addition, I also like how responsive and courteous their customer service is. This clothing business really is amazing.

Great company with incredibly soft clothing and fun copy on their website. My hubby loves the clothing and I do too! I would have to say that their men’s clothing selection is a little more “perfect” and ”attractive” than the women’s line.

I’ve been buying from Ministry of Supply for a few years and find their clothes to always fit very well and be quite comfortable. I recently purchased shorts & joggers and an extremely happy with the fit & look.
Also their customer service is excellent. Returns or exchanges are easy as expected and they offer up to a $15 credit for hemming slacks as needed. Give them a try as you will not be disappointed😎

I bought an Apollo and Aero Zero dress shirt, and I am absolutely loving the look and feel of the Apollo. I wanted to give the Aero shirt a quick iron before using it, but burned a hole through it at the moment of impact, since the iron apparently was too hot. I emailed Ministry of Supply, asking for help, and they immediately sent me a gift card for a brand new shirt - they didn't even ask too see a photo! Not only are their shirts amazing, their customer service is outstanding. Do not hesitate to buy your clothing here.

MOS provides and great product as well as superior client support. I have been happy with every product I have purchased and every interaction that I have had with their company.

Not many companies live up to their advertisements, nor do many companies have superior customer service (loads dont even have the basics). Ministry of supply blows every category you could imagine out of the water.

After making a few Christmas purchases, the ceo and co founder, Aman, reached out to me personally to say thank you and to just generally touch base. I got to share ideas with him and was generally surprised and inspired by his human approach. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, it was definitely not a sales communication.

Fast forward to just a few weeks ago, I reached out for a project I am doing and with no hesitation Ministry of Supply went above and beyond to help out. Aman and his team have supplied 200 masks to women in need across Nunavut, Canada - they will be distributed in donation bags along with other goodies for an organization called one plane away in October 2021.

I am proud to wear, gift, and buy anything from this company. Do not hesitate, this is a company to keep your eyes on, they just keep getting better. You will not be disappointed!

I have an athletic dad bod going and these polos fit absolutely perfect in the chest, arms, and stomach. Overall look really nice and I will be buying again!

I had purchased recently my first pair of pants from MoS. It had a technical issue and I asked if I could get a replacement. Gihan (one of the principal owners) replied they would be happy to replace the pants but he recommended another style of pants. Btw, what owners of any online store really reply to a anonymous customer? I was so delighted by the replacement pants, within a week, I ordered another pants plus a polo shirt. For me not to have go to a store and try on a pair of pants in a tiny changing room etc which I detest-is great find for me. Overall customer service is really outstanding. Not sure how they do that without a chat bot but getting real human service now days is very unusual. MoS is now my go to for pants and shirts. I gave MoS a 5 stars because every purchase I have made going back last year their customer service support staff been very helpful and outstanding.

Wearing my new suit for the first time today. Given my athletic and larger body shape, to have a suit fit me like a glove right out of the box isn't something I am used to. The ability to move around comfortably combined with the comfort of the suit is second to none. I work in an industry where the ability of a functioning suit is critical. This suit not only looks amazing but it feels like I am literally wearing custom made lounge wear. VERY pleased with this purchase and I look forward to becoming a return and regular customer.

My entire family LOVES Ministry of Supply socks! They're great for my twin 11-year-old boys because they hold up to a lot of abuse and I love them for their style, comfort, and incredible construction!

High-quality clothes that are comfortable and look great. Their clothing is fast becoming my favorite brand, although the prices are not cheap. I had a wonderful consumer experience with them when I bought three pairs of pants and after wearing them a few times, I felt they were a bit shorter in length than I'd like. They exchanged two of the pairs for a longer size and refunded the money for the pair they did not have in my size. I was so thankful that they have such a consumer-friendly return policy.

I just wanted to give you an update on the amazing experience I’ve had with your MoS clothing.

Firstly, South Africa endured a huge second wave during December and January. I was allocated to a Covid/PUI ward for the month of January. It was without doubt the most stressful time of my life trying to manage incredibly sick patients in a district hospital.

After my first day in the ward, my clothes were soaked with sweat. My clothes were clinging to my skin. I could hardly move. I was so uncomfortable. Even my PPE gown was dripping with sweat! It was then that I realised that the only way I was going to work in the incredible heat while donned in PPE was to wear a combination of my MoS Momentum chinos and Apollo polos. Every single day of the rest of January I used different combinations of your chinos and polos to get through each day. Every single day saw me lose multiple patients, console countless family members and transfer incredibly sick patients to our tertiary hospital for ICU care.

But through it all, I forgot about the stress of sweaty, uncomfortable clothes. I can state for a fact that the only way I could get through work each day was thanks to the supreme quality of my MoS clothing. While in the ward, I would only feel my PPE gown on me, because my Momentum chinos and Apollo polos were like a second skin. The clothing moved and breathed with me. It gave me such freedom of movement during such a difficult time. The last thing I would have wanted is to feel uncomfortable and constricted with my regular clothing.

Apart from my faith, my clothing was the only thing I could trust not to fail me during my time in the Covid/PUI ward. Every morning when I woke up wondering what mountain I had to climb, I knew I didn’t have to worry about my clothing; that my MoS clothing would literally have my back! I will never forget how my 3 pairs of Momentum chinos (khaki, green, grey) and 3 pairs of Apollo polos (black, navy, light blue) saw me through the second wave in January. Thank you for designing the most reliable and exceptional clothing.

I’ve seen it first hand how MoS clothing has transformed my life by taking some of the stress out of it.

I ordered a pair of pants at Ministry of Supply for the first time and when they arrived, I realized that they did not fit as expected. I reached out to customer service for support and they were extremely responsive and took care of the situation with an exchange.

The properly fitting pants are absolutely perfect for the office and are so comfortable I even wear them on weekends when out and about - not what could be said about my previous dress pants. The wrinkle free fabric is the cherry on top.
