Ministry has hands down the best clothes for work I’ve found. I am someone who used to travel a lot for work and now needs to still look sharp even working from home - Ministry’s clothes are comfortable all day and now I don’t need to worry about going to the dry cleaner with COVID happening. I especially love the Apollo polo and Kinetic Pants. I’m 100% going to continue shopping Ministry - you’ve got a loyal customer in me!

Bait and switch. Went from a small company selling decent products to overpriced and over-marketed stuff that aren't as described. Recently just caught them selling what was described as 10% merino wool tshirt but what was delivered was labelled 5% (probably not merino) wool tshirt that was not only expensive but uncomfortable to wear as well.

Wearing Ministry stuff while I write this review, I'd like to leave it short and sweet:

The clothes that I have from Ministry of Supply are, hands down, the most comfortable, easy-to-care-for, versatile, stylish, and great-fitting pieces that I own. I recommend them to anyone who wants to look and feel amazing.

Took way too long to get a simple face mask

A pleasure to do business with. Very professional staff in the stores. Provided great advice and shipped product promptly.

(Update) The Mask 2.0 is a huge improvement on wearability, price-point and moisture wicking. Even though it's wearable and convenient, it still feels protective compared to the competitors who use mostly synthetic fibers and no filters. Thanks to Ministry of Supply for listening to user feedback.

The company is a legitimate company, which is what I generally come here to validate when I read other people’s reviews. However, the mask product I bought was a slight disappointment both for the price point of the mask and the filters. The mask is heavy and at times difficult to breathe in, and the filter pocket is so small that you often can’t get the filter to be flush against the inner fabric. Because of the heavy material, the mask also takes a long time to dry after washing. I hope that they can address these shortcomings going forward, especially for a $50 mask!

Great products with innovative materials! I own several of their shirts and pants, and they are perfect for home and office.

Ministry of Supply makes by far the most comfortable and breathable clothing I’ve ever purchased! I have products from their work line as well as casual line! Highly recommend.

I recently bought the several pairs of Indigo Velocity pants to go along with the matching sportcoat. With SAH, haven't had the opportunity to wear the sportcoat but started wearing the pants. Love the pants. I have been a customer for years and surprisingly keep grabbing these particular pants, even over all the pants I have bought from you year over year.. I just love the look and feel of them.

Whatever you guys did, I really appreciate it. I'm planning on buying more pairs and hopefully will use the entire ensemble sometime soon, probably post-COVID. Thank you.

Also one other thing is that I bought the Velocity suit in Navy last year right before our IPO. I wore that one sportcoat w/ several different Ministry pants and shirts through a 2 week roadshow. I'm not sure if there is a better test - dozens of planes and cities over a 2 week period. It was fantastic. Never wrinkled.

The women's Kinetic Slim Pant is the most comfortable, flattering, and easy to care for pair of pants I have ever owned. The fit is great and the pants are so comfy I choose them over yoga pants in every situation including the past months of home office. Got great help from the team in the Boston Store when I went in for my second pair. Will definitely get them in every color.

I love the comfort of the products and the fit. I am petite and everything fits great.

Both my husband and I LOVE Ministry of Supply. Their shirts, pants, and sweaters are perfect if you're working from home - you'll look good on a Zoom call and no one will know that you're as comfortable as you would be if you were wearing pajamas. Their clothes feel great, look great, don't wrinkle, AND you can wash and dry them.

The outerwear is also incredible - they actually have a heated jacket. People stop me when I'm wearing it and ask, "Did you just TURN THAT JACKET ON??" It's such an incredible innovation, and I can't believe everyone isn't doing it!

I also recommend their masks - breathable masks, that have actual filters in them.

The customer service is also excellent - fast, helpful, and really friendly. Great product, great customer service, great company.

Great experience wearing MoS clothing ... everything seems to fit and conform to my body as if custom tailored. The material is durable, soft, and almost never stains. Machine washable, and almost never shows any wrinkles. I tend to buy any and all new products they launch as they always nail it and deliver! Please keep innovating MoS!

I find it hard to believe the hype that this was designed at MIT. Fabric is way too porous, filters are thin, shed when touched and very difficult to insert properly. There are many far superior masks available at significantly lower price. Customer service is responsive but rather patronizing.

All I know is there shirts better be awesome! Customer service is non existent. I tried to call, email, contact on linked in for 2 weeks. No one ever took the time to acknowledge or get back to me. I talked my client into going with other overpriced shirts with another brand. They lost out on $1000 order which with their profit margin, I am sure it was like a $800 profit. Oh well. Will never entertain selling their brand again.

Great clothing. Sharp, comfortable and flexible with easy maintenance to boot. Have purchased about 6 shirts and one pants thus far and do not think will stop there as I intend to continue purchasing from them due to the above reasons. I would recommend them to anyone looking for something new to try and expect to be quite pleased with the outcome.

I have supported this company since they were a Kickstarter. They are awesome! I work in the catering industry, in Arizona, so I need clothes that are tough and keep me cool. The black long sleeve Apollo shirt I bought during that Kickstarter still hasn't lost a thread or button, and it's my go to during the summer. I have never found other shirts that offer the same technology or comfort. The price is absolutely worth the quality you get. Life long customer!

I now own three suits made by Ministry of Supply. The stretchy fabric adheres to my body and movements like a glove. The jackets fit perfectly off of the rack and needed no alterations. The pants are slim-fitting and needed no alterations except for length. I love that I don't have to take these suits to the dry cleaner. A short cycle in the washer in cold water and light detergent does the trick. Hang dry and that's it! The look of the suits is understated, but stylish. Dress 'em up or down and either way you're going to look fantastic. And, best of all I don't have to worry about the suits wrinkling in my carry-on since the material is virtually wrinkle-proof. Looking forward to more from Ministry of Supply!!!
