I now own three suits made by Ministry of Supply. The stretchy fabric adheres to my body and movements like a glove. The jackets fit perfectly off of the rack and needed no alterations. The pants are slim-fitting and needed no alterations except for length. I love that I don't have to take these suits to the dry cleaner. A short cycle in the washer in cold water and light detergent does the trick. Hang dry and that's it! The look of the suits is understated, but stylish. Dress 'em up or down and either way you're going to look fantastic. And, best of all I don't have to worry about the suits wrinkling in my carry-on since the material is virtually wrinkle-proof. Looking forward to more from Ministry of Supply!!!

Great shirts and great service- worth the price!

Found this company thanks to their repeating advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Was quite happy with the first orders. Last year they started to increase prices and reduce the quality of their services. Fewer sizes (for the pants), cheaper logistic. Instead of 7-8 days for the deliveries to Europe, now you have to wait 30+ days and then sort it out with tax authorities by yourself. The support is feckless.

Ordering is easy but once you want to contact customer service at via the email provided, nobody seems to reply the email even I send 3 consecutive times; The telephone contact is useless as it is a voice mail - even thought I left a message and according to the company website someone will contact me within 24 hours - no one did. Ministry of Supply pride to be a leading premium brand but definitely not the customer service!

This place has amazing service. I reached out to MoS with a question and got to talk directly to their Director of Customer, Timothy. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service I received... Timothy went above and beyond to see that I was taken care of. He was friendly, patient with me, and extremely knowledgeable about their products. It was such an apparent reflection of how invested their team is in their mission. I can say with confidence that I will be a lifetime customer.

And let me not forget to mention that their Momentum chinos have full-sized pockets for women.. when do you ever find that? Love them... need more colors.

Comes with auto subscriptions to unknown number of email-lists. Nice shirts tho.

I have added a star after working with Izzy at the Boston store. It sounds like MofS is working on trying to improve the website functionality but recognize it isn’t what it should be. Anyway, Izzy sent a return label right away and then followed up nicely. Below is my original review:

Clothing is fine, but returns are very difficult and customer service is poor. It is not possible to request a return online with an order number; you must go through an account. If your login credentials are not recognized and you request password assistance, no password reset email is sent promptly (I never received one.) Calling their 800 number is useless; you get a message that all of their "agents" are busy so send an email, then you are disconnected. This the worst online buying experience I've had since the earliest days of online retailing.

Apollo vs Aero, Momentum vs Kinetic, Hybrid vs Composite, Atlas Ankle vs Atlas No-Show-- just a few mini battles I face getting dressed everyday. However as long as it's MOS, the outcome is forever in my favor.

This is hands down the best everday business clothing I've worn in my 15 year career, and I have dabbled in quite a bit of clothing in different environments including heavy manufacturing with hot environments. The product is truly wrinkle-free, colors do not fade (even after multiple years), sizes are true and do not shrink, and I have spilled various things on my shirt and seems to be very stain-proof (even though that is not advertised).

I continue to buy MOS because there is nothing better.

I have been a long-time customer of Ministry of Supply. They are my go-to-dress shirt. I also love the "lab" products, for example the band collar and heavy weight shirt. I bought the intelligent coat on Kickstarter and CANNOT WAIT TO GET IT!

Great company! We did contracting work to renovate the location. Throughout the while project the team was extremely helpful and communicated with us perfectly! The culture and vibe of the brand is only described as genuine! We would love to continue working with Ministry of Supply on future endeavors!

A grade company that I coincidentally they have a wonderful customer service a top class products, excellent built quality that fits perfectly on the body, the down side is only that the international shipping rates are high and the items are a little bit too so I recommend to shop when they have discounts but overall a really good company.
