I have been using Ministry of Villas for about two years now and every interaction with them has been impeccable. They know what I am looking for, anticipate my needs, and always come up with a great villa option even when it seems impossible (I am always booking last minute!). I would recommend (and frequently do!) them to anyone!

This is the first time I have organised an overseas holiday. Needless to say I was excitied with the opportunities that I could pursue. However as I attempted to search the Internet, I found it difficult to know exactly what I was getting. The prices of accommodation and transport were often not included and coming from the tropics I had no idea what I actually needed to bring on a ski trip.

I sent a single email to the team at powderlife and ministry villas and the next day I was greeted with a warm welcome asking me what I wanted. They helped me source accomodation that was tailor made to my economic situation I.e. A student. They offered me numerous suggestions about ways of getting to and from the ski slopes, as well as where to hire from wth the prices already collated together into a single document. At one stage during my booking I thought that I had made a mistake and I emailed them again and there were more than happy to fix the purchase that I had made.

While I could continue, it is suffice to say that In the age of do it yourself holidaying, Powderlife and ministry villas stands tall as a professional and friendly team who endeavour to make your trip planning as easy as it can be. I could not recommend them more highly.

My partner and I visited Bali earlier this year and were recommended to Ministry Of Villas by a friend of ours who uses them all the time.

Throughout the booking process I dealt with Nila, what an incredible asset to the company! I always received very prompt and professional replies. Nila found me the perfect villa (I had my reservations visiting Bali, Nila suggested that we go to Canggu and I'm so glad that we went with that). The drop offs and pickups from the airport were all made very easy.

We had such an incredible time that we are planning an annual trip, I can't wait to go again.

I had to make a booking for a Villa in Bali for a client wanting to leave within 48hrs. Sara was incredibly efficient getting back to me immediately and fulfilling my request with an amazing Villa well within budget. She was very patient whilst I consulted back and forth with my client, having to chop and change several times in order to get exactly what he needed.

The Team at Ministry of Villas assisted my wife and I to organise out accomodation in Bali. I've been to Bali a few times now and I will always stay in a villa. Normally I'd do the organising myself but dealing with Ministry of Villas made it so much easier, they take care of everything including airport transfers, a cooking class and other add ons. In the end, the real value came when we got to the airport and realised we had forgotten something at the Villa. One call to Ministry and it was sorted and in a courier pack to our home, no trouble at all. I highly recommend the Taem at Ministry of Villas, we will be using them again. Ministry of villas staff are amazing. Always getting the best deal at quality locations. We have booked for a couple plus also next year for a family of 16. Nothing is ever a problem and they are happy to work within a reasonable budget. Response time is fast and they make the whole process too easy. Highly recommended this company.

When we decided to go to Seminyak for a family holiday we had no idea where to start however a friend of mine suggested I use Ministory of Villa's. I am so please I took her advise. I told them what I was looking for, cost I was prepared to pay and what was important on my holiday eg private pool. Diana from Ministry of Villa's then gave me 7 options to select from. They were amazing but in the end we book eVilla Nilyana. It looks amazing and comes with a private chef, what more could you want. The task of finding our accommodation was made so easy by Diana and Ministry of VIllas. I sought the help of Ministry of Villas for finding the right villa in Seminyak because I was specifically looking for villas with inside bathrooms. Diana was very knowledgeable about the villas and about all the options within my price range. It made it so much easier having somebody to filter out all the villas that were unavailable or gat were over/under budget.
Excellent speedy communication, excellent recommendations and made paying the deposit super easy. Will use them again to find villas for me in future. Highly recommend.

I recently booked a holiday in Seminyak, Bali and had made a number of enquires with Ministry of Villas. Ministry of Villas (Nila in particular) was quick to get in touch, not just by email, but actually phoned me to go over some of the things I was looking for in a villa. I received a follow up email only hours later with a number of options according to my criteria and budget. I had been completely overwhelmed by how many options there were when I initially began looking but Nila and Ministry of Villas made it incredibly easy for me and were in touch constantly through out the process and my queries were always answered so promptly.

I received really excellent service, above and beyond what I was expecting. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and will absolutely use them again.
