Beyond excellent service. I am in awe of the team's professional dedication to utmost customer care from booking to preparation for our stay. Over the years I have booked hundreds of properties and have never had this exceptional level of service.

Team have been very responsive and flexible with needs. Great experience.

We booked our family holiday to Koh Samui and used Ministry of Villas’ service to source a large villa to house two families. Lola was fantastic in answering my many questions to ensure the villa would suit all our needs in terms of safety with young children, separate entertainment areas, cooling, location, transport etc The villa was perfect for us! The staff were fantastic to deal with, very helpful and went out of their way to assist us. Thank you!

Definitely a 5 star service. They were so easy to deal with and super helpful. Qhorin listened to what we needed and assisted with suggestions for our requirements. A really pleasant experience.

Very good service in relation to helping me find an appropriate Villa in a limited availability window.

So far the booking process has been super helpful, friendly and efficient. Lots of options provided to us almost straight away which fitted within our brief. Saved us hours of searching the internet for an appropriate villa which ticked all of our boxes. Will provide additional feedback once we have had our trip - but so far I have nothing but praise for Ministry of Villas.

They made for me all really easy from the beginning. After search in internet and ask in a lot of places and agency I decided to continue with them.

They found a villa where I could get married with my girlfriend with a big and beautiful garden and stay during 4 nights in December (Villa Casa Mateo).
This choice was really a success, choice which we are totally happy.

We had to change our booking dates, and thanks to Ministry of Villas we didnt have any problem for make this change.

Also i have to say thanks to Putu, Diana, Ari, Munir and all the team for their help and support in all moment!!

Sara was absolutely amazing. She listened to everything I wanted and showed me the most amazing villas and helped me pick the one. It's so over whelming because there is so much to choose from. She took all the pressure of and vertually organised everything. She helped us book everything without having to worry about a thing. Deffiantly contact her and she will make your experience so much better. Cannot recommend them enough

Just booked a Bali Villa with Lola for June 2018. She has been very helpful with answering heaps of questions via email and no question went unanswered. She replied within a few hours and always followed up. She even phoned me in Australia to chat further about many details, so she could clarify many questions. She has reassured me and I am more than pleased with her service. Such a friendly and knowledgable lady and it was absolutely appreciated. Thank you so much Lola. I would like to commend the Concierge Team (Nila/Ari/Putu) of the Ministry of Villas for their excellent service. I had recently stayed at the Sahana Villas and upon returning home from Bali, I realized I lost my favorite key pendant. I emailed Ministry of Villas and they immediately located my pendant that was left in the safe. Luckily, I had a friend going to Bali a few weeks after. Within thirty minutes of giving the Concierge Team details on how to contact my friend, my favorite key pendant was delivered to her. Amazing service! I cannot thank them enough.

Diana was so helpful with the booking and has organised everything perfectly. We are travelling to Bali as an end of year incentive and we are quite a large group, so it was nice to have someone organise a villa that would suit our needs.

Thanks again to Diana and Ministry of Villas. We're looking for to our stay in Akara Villas!

Fabulous service.
Diana's service was outstanding. Her friendly responses were prompt, informative, and she managed to find us accommodation when it looked as if Niseko was fully booked out (for those of us working to a budget). I would thoroughly recommend contacting Diana.

Nila, from Ministry of Villas has made booking a villa in Bali so easy! She has provided assistance and responded to numerous emails that included changes of dates, numbers etc. all in an extremely prompt and helpful manner. We have now secured the perfect villa for our stay. Thank you so much, we are excited for our holiday!

We used Ministry of Villas for our Bali trip and we found them to be superb! We initially dealt with Lola who was just fantastic in helping us search for the perfect villa for our family and making sure she got us the best price. Nothing was too much of a problem for her and she is was so prompt in returning communication and answering all our questions.

Once our Villas were booked we dealt with Nila who was superb in making sure everthing was organised and ready for us upon arrival. We had a slight problem with one of our villas (not the fault of Ministry of Villas) but Nila and the team were so understanding and quick to arrange alternative accomodation which turned out to be absolutely deivine! Both Lola and Nila epitomise what customer service is all about and we cant speak highly enough of them.

I dealt with Ministry of Villas last year to organise a large family get together, my questions and queries were always answered promptly. Unfortunately due to such a large group we couldn't all agree on a villa and everyone chose their own accommodation. I have dealt with Ministry of Villas again and the service has been fabulous. Thank you Sara for giving me a call and answering my questions. We have now made a booking for a group of 8. I look forward to our trip and staying in an amazing villa in Candidasa.

I stayed in Villa Tanju for a week before Christmas. It was really a nice place to relax. The villa is beach-front view, and we can hear the sound for the sea to fall asleep. Wonderful! And the villa provided 11 staff to serve us: 1 cook, 5 people cleaning the house day and night, 3 security guard at night from 11pm to 7am and 1 manager and 1 driver. They all tried the best to satisfy us. Last but not least, this website is user-friendly and highly recommended. The staff helped me to solve my problems quickly with patience and sincere。 Now I do really recognize : in Bali, when you stay in a villa, you will never want a hotel. Only we can experience this service and views at this price in Bali!
