Easy and efficient to book
I have found my booking experience with Ministry of Villas to be very easy. Lola Tandyar is our Villa Specialist assisting us with the booking has been extremely efficient. There was no delay in receiving a response to our initial enquiry and after a couple of email exchanges the booking was confirmed.
We've gone through the first booking and payment process, and look forward to the same efficient service and a wonderful stay when we arrive in June.

Accommodation BOOKING Service
Im writing to share my experience with Ministry of VILLAS, namely a lovely lady by the name of Diana, who never failed to respond promptly to all my emails and had the utmost patience with me going back and forth, being unsure and asking for a better deal when trying to book accommodation in Bali. She tried hard, gave me several options and had enormous patience. I finally agreed to take Villa Anggrek in Seminyak for 6 of us (3 couples) . It looks great on line but we have yet to see it, as we are leaving on 29th Dec.
I must mention that I have never received such great customer service in my life as that offered by Diana of Ministry of Villas and would love to meet her when we arrive.

Booking agent of the Millennium!
We arrived in Bali unattended with any agent trying to do it on our own... Lets say, what a S*#t fight we entered into!!
Our accommodation that we thought was going to be Koser was horrible and we needed immediate rescuing (2 small children under 3 years old!)
Immediately called Sara @ Ministryofvillas and within 3 hours had quite possibly the best villa i have ever seen, in the best location, with every luxury i could of imagined, ready and waiting to greet us!!!.....
This then continued for the next 3 weeks, as I would not trust anyone or any site other than Ministryofvillas to book our accommodation... They know what people want, and TRUST ME, i am high maintenance and am not happy with mediocre service.
Without a doubt the BEST holiday I have ever had on my life with my family, and I honestly owe it all to Sara and her impeccable and timely service.
I have recommended tens of couples in the last 3 months upon return to ministryofvillas as I know their Bali experience would not be 100% if not first putting it through Sara and her crew.
If you ACTUALLY want to have an amazing Bali holiday, contact Sara. PERIOD.
