Very happy with your service and this over the 6 years or more, last was Yoga who looked after me and I thank that person.

Ridiculous. They advertise it as a (temporary) free gift. They provide serial number. Then you see the license expires in 42 days. OK, they do say it is a limited time "offer". Impossible to change colour scheme to dark - the colour change menu does appear, but you cannot hover the cursor over the Dark option. Generally very clumsy.

The data recovery works very good, remove partions "what windows does not have", duplicate NVME or other Hardisks, You can make a bootable USB Stick to fix Your Problems.

Their support is great - especially Jason. I had a small problem with my license key which was resolved in a matter of minutes and allowed me to get back to using the software, PowerDataRecovery, to analyze the contents of a hard drive that the user could no longer use to boot his computer. Attaching it to a separate computer as an additional drive and accessing it through file explorer only resulted in it indicating that the hard drive needed to be reformatted. Using PowerDataRecovery, allowed me to access the drive and recover the "important" files that the user thought he had lost forever. Kudos to this software and their support department. Kudos!

Very happy with this software. Have been using on occasion for six years, and it has saved the the vast majority of information on quite a few discs where the file system was corrupted.

Also, when I had a problem, the customer service team were extremely quick and helpful.

Fast and Efficient Performance: The software is exceptionally quick at imaging partitions and handling backups. Whether I’m doing a full system backup or just syncing specific folders, it completes the task without any issues. My old computer died and my Minitool lifetime was on that computer, the service I received from getting the program back on the new computer was second to none. Big thankyou to Yoga the customer support specialist!

Had to contact because of an old license that was lifetime. They didn't have to reset it but they did. They have always been generous.

I'm in AU and the purchase download link wouldn't work. I emailed support and amazingly I had a response back within a couple of hours.
I'm impressed.

I've been using Partition Wizard for years. I have tried others as well, but I trust this one more than any other. No crashes, no destroyed partitions from aborted actions. It restores well, is easy to use, and is excellent in every way. Even though I purchased it a long time ago, the customer support is still excellent. It's a great piece of software. I plan to purchase other products as needed.

Technical support has always been readily available, whether for activation issues or to provide suggestions and feedback on specific cases.

I had an issue updating the maps in my GPS. The failure indicator pointed to a problem with Mini Tool Software.

I sent a note to Mini Tool and got a helpful email the same day. After several suggestions from Mini Tool it became obvious that my issue was in my own equipment.

It's a great app, it's fast, has lots of features, and is easy to use. The app has great, fast support. I've used it about three times and they've always solved the problem.

I use this product profesionaly for several years now and it is one of the best I have been able to use. Version evoluting for features and not to correct bugs, that is not often. Adapting to technology as it happens and it is released. I bought the Ultimate version with perpetuel updates and I don't regret.
